This flux is great for manual work as well as the intended reballing work
I used it once for fixing up a failing GPU when they started getting expensive a few years back (2020-ish). Did the whole thing just like in their training video where I spread it around the main chips and reheated them. Then after that worked, I kind of laid this flux aside for a while. Then recently, I was doing some rework and needed to make some delicate work on a PC board and add solder to pins, then remove it using braid. This flux was almost magical with how well it performed. I'd put a small bit on the pins first, then when I heated the solder and applied it, it would just flow right to the pins with almost no effort. Putting that daughter board in was easy using this as well. I laid a bit along the "joint" and then just kind of blobbed the solder in there and it flowed to the pins by itself.

The only flux you want for reballing/reflowing BGA and SMD parts
Been using this exclusively for a few years now for BGA and SMD work in general, there is no comparison. If your doing a simple reflow then this will be your best chance at success. If doing a reball you will see its the perfect consistency, causes a nice flow, and is absolutely no clean and leaves the chip clean. Regular SMD work its great for small pitch pins.

Worked well for a reflow.
Worked great for reflowing a PS3. It’s goes on thinner than other flux, so it flows nicely when heated. When it dries it leaves a dusty white residue behind but it’s easily cleaned with some IPA. It does have a really bad odor, so make sure you keep it sealed in a bag when you’re not using it and work in a well ventilated area.

Easy and Effective
Makes rework much easier (or even possible!) compared to just heat and lift. Used for a BGA component on a laptop and worked like a charm flowing quickly and smoothly. Needle tip also screws on and off easily and securely.

Great for micro soldering
This flux made it so easy for me to replace solder and ic chips. I replaced a few chips on my sons Nintendo switch and I used this flux to set the joints. I would not have been able to without flux and this is very high quality

I purchased this flux for use with soldering components with a solder iron. I was concerned when I received it and watched the instructions which say it's important to heat it with a gun as it's pushed out from the syringe, but that is only necessary for BGA rework. If you're like me and squirting it onto a board, then applying an iron + solder wire, this stuff works great. It's slightly white at room temp and turns clear when heated so it doesn't get in the way when soldering, though in some cases it can be hard to detect how much is on the board when it's clear so that might come down to personal preference. It might be costly for the amount you get, but the tiniest amount goes a long way. I have no idea what it's made of, that seems to be a company secret, but it worked great for me and I'll be using this as my primary flux.
