I bought these for my freshly refinished hardwood floors. They do work as a cushion but if you want to move furniture only the lightest furniture will slide. It works for a side table, coffee table, etc to help it slide but for under the bed no way.

I love moving my furniture around. These pads make everything so easy and no marks on the floors.

Overall these work as intended for smaller pieces of furniture. I started with putting them under a heavy storage chest. I was able to move the chest without unloading it as I had to do in the past. Next I tried them under the washer. That trial did not work as well. First I could only get them under the front legs and they would not stay in place to move the washer. Overall these work well for smaller pieces of furniture. Also did not work well for moving a bed. Perhaps I should buy larger sliders for heavier pieces.

You have to use a good amount of force to press down hard enough to keep the furniture from slipping right off these pads. The trick is to tilt the furniture, slip a pad under each corner, and use all your 5’1”, 130lbs of strength and body weight to press down and slide the furniture across the floor. They do indeed work then. They make a slightly unpleasant loud sssshhh sound, but then again what is pleasant about moving furniture anyway? It’s usually loud and painful in some way. I was wishing these had some adhesive so that they weren’t difficult for someone my size to use. But I am satisfied that my floors were protected from scratches.

I bought these to lift my couch so my Roomba could fit. After a month or two, all the disks compress to 1/4". The disks seem fine if you just want to protect your floors though and they are easy to use.

Works great for moving my heavy furniture on my hardwood floors. Makes cleaning so much easier. I leave these under the couch and heavier pieces so that I can slide them away from walls when trying the get dog hair and other fun dust bunnies out. Makes life much easier.

I bought these to move furniture around in tile flooring. The pads are thick enough that it can support heavy furniture —- won’t sink too much that it’s touching floor. We were able to move heavy furniture around with ease and none of the pads slipped off. This wasn’t the case with lighter furniture though e.g. bedframe, cabinets) I don’t know if it’s because of the gap between tiles but when moving lighter furniture a pad or 2 would sometimes slip off.

We even paid the extra for quicker shipping and it took longer then they said it would be for the slow shipping method ... partitially because they shipped FedEx we think as they are terrible. But it took a long time before this company sent them. We don't know what the product is like because we got them too late to use them. They do look fine though.
