Tommy Bahama 5-Position Lay Flat Beach Chair, Red/White/Blue Stripe

Just took this chair to the beach for its FIRST USE and it broke!!! I reclined back and it snapped!!!! I am 5’11” and 190. Poor, pathetic materials! DO NOT BUY THIS!!!!

EXCELLENT beach chair! Lots of positions. Very comfortable to read in. Tall enough back to support head. Pillow is at a fixed height if you use so that works if you sit in a specific way or are tall enough. Light and easy to carry. Great storage in the back for water shoes in the mesh pocket and I put my keys in the cooler pocket. There's other storage as well. Just a perfect chair. Bought 2!

Comfortable and quality product. Made the beach so enjoyable

I’ve had this chair since 2022 and it’s gotten plenty of actual beach use. Four years later, I’m still using it. The fabric has held up extremely well and hasn’t dry-rotted. The frame has also done better than I expected around salt and sand. I make a point of rinsing the chair off after beach use, and doing that has kept the rust to a minimum. After several seasons at the beach, everything has held up well enough that I haven’t needed to replace it yet. When the time finally comes that I do need another beach chair, I would absolutely consider buying this one again.

This chair was very comfortable - I loved the different compartments- cup holder and a pocket your your keys, phones ect . Also had a small ice chest on the back of chair ! Great idea to pack a few drinks and snacks . The one problem that we had is that my 250lb Son sat in it - he went to shift his weight and we heard a crack - the chair didn’t break it was still functionalable but we did see a crack in the arm rest . So he cannot sit in it again. It may not be sturdy enough for bigger people .

Great product! Exactly what we were looking for.

These chairs stink. Had Tommy Bahama chairs before and after 6 seasons they needed to be replaced. These are 4 inches lower to the ground, narrower, and with a shorter back. The backpack straps are also garbage. Two of the four broke on the two chairs and one of the clips securing the folded chair became unstitched. Absolute trash. Finally, it’s two pieces of fabric so when you wear the chair as a backpack you can’t put your towel between the frame. Save your money and buy the original.

Good quality chair and comfortable. Design and colors are nice, too. This chair has made me very popular with the ladies at the beach. Size and weight make it easy to transport and store in the back of the car.

As expected quality chairs , fast delivery, would highly recommended chairs and the company delivered from America, all good !
