Only had it a few days but loving it so far
It's a bit early to put up a review, really, however I can always update later. I really love this. I am a book cover designer and sit at a desk with my pc and tablet for some considerably hours each day, and the reason I wanted this piece of kit, is so that I can sit on the sofa, or in bed, comfortably and still work. I had considered getting a Wacom Studio, which works independently of a pc, but it was more expensive and it doesn't do anything else. This however is a laptop and a tablet so i can draw, paint, download stock, basically everything my pc can do on the comfort of my sofa. I've had no glitches, yet. lmao...but I promise you, if i get so much as a twinge, I'll be back here cause this wasn't cheap. I expect it to last for some time.

Tablet and laptop in one package!
Love this replacement for my surface pro 3.A big improvement and worth the money for me. The ability to pay in instalments was a welcome bonus.Love the screen and keyboard for rapid and responsive typing, still learning to make the most of the surface pen.

Terrible driver issues - avoid
I'd give this device a pass if it were either newly released or non-microsoft hardware, but it's neither. This notebook has multiple driver issues, i.e. the mouse cursor will constantly freeze and keys will not type for a few seconds every minute or so, making the experience of using the machine woeful. It is now on it's third software update and each time something else goes wrong with the drivers, the issues with the last update (including, but not limited to, keyboard/mouse failure/detachment sequence errors/constantly 'losing' the graphics cards etc) has [again] been acknowledged by microsoft on their support site (over a month ago with no solution yet provided - they pretty much say put up with it).Shame because the machine looks nice and while the average processor/graphics cards are a strange choice in a £2000+ device they're okay for general work as a programmer/engineer. Massively disappointing because you pay a premium for a Microsoft device in part so you know that the machine will work with the OS smoothly, yet here we are with multiple driver issues still present months after release, when ACER or other budget brands all manage to produce functioning drivers for windows, or even chrome OS, which is genuinely shocking.Note: Typed this review on my mobile because it is faster and more accurate than typing on the 15" i7 SB3.In two minds whether to return the device or not - wouldn't expect such a frustrating experience from even a £200 chromebook, but the device is again nice to look at and when functioning properly okay for productivity work.As I do most my work on my desktop currently I'll probably just put the laptop away in a draw for a month or so, see if a new software release corrects the issues then and return it the issues are still persistent, all together a pretty pathetic 'solution' on a £2.5K device.Edit/Update: Going to have to return the device, it's impossible to use, phantom clicks and key stroke misses have caused multiple annoyances at work (ruining code, leading to hours of troubleshooting) and the machine isn't even up to sending emails on.This is not an issue of faulty hardware - the machine has been replaced with one with the exact same issue and Microsoft acknowledge on their site that it is an issue with the software/drivers (note: they acknowledged this 4 months ago and are yet to suggest/provide any solutions). If you read this and then still chose to buy the laptop after you should not be shocked when you receive a device that is unusable without great inconvenience.

Disapointing experience
I was really looking forward to using this device and purchased the highest spec most expensive model. After unboxing I was disappointed to find cosmetic damage to the top left corner near the screen with what looked to be a manufacturing defect - the appearance of a deep scratch/chip but it was smooth when running a nail over it.Next issue was the random temperature too high alerts when rebooting. The laptop installed lots of windows updates when first being setup and this was immediately noticeable during that process but the alert cleared every time if pressing the power button and manually turning off and back on. To be clear the laptop was not hot to the touch. After a few days of usage I noticed the screen randomly started turning off even when mid typing but came back on after a few seconds when moving the mouse etc. I then noticed flickering and text becoming blurry at times like an old style TV being tuned especially when connected to an external monitor.I ended up returning this to amazon for a refund as these issues are not acceptable for such a high cost item.
