Delicious - On a 1-10 the heat was 6-7ish - right in the sweet spot for me. Great smoky flavor not that horrible artificial liquid smoke flavor.

Blend with olive oil garlic lime juice worchestershire brown sugar/ honey for a fantastic marinade
