No, there is no egg in Sohan. Sohan is known as a traditional sweets of Qom city, IRAN. The ingredients includes: wheat sprout, sugar, rose water, butter, pistachio and Saffaron. It can be produced in different shapes, like thin, cubic, etc. It might have Gaz, another famous sweet from Isfahan city IRAN, inside. Moreover, it can be produced in a dense liquid as a dessert. How many pieces are in the box?

There three separate packages with a round the size of the box . You break the round to the size of pieces you wish to eat. Sooo, depending on how you eat it, it can last several days or if you are like me, eat a whole pakage each day so then it only lasts three days.

They're made in Iran, and they're delicious!

Is this soft or hard?

It almost has the texture of a sugar cookie. Compared to other types of brittle, I think it’s quite soft.
