I'm very pleased with the NedFoss Hunting Knife. It has very good weight and balance. It has a solid full tang and the handle scales, and bolsters are solidly attached. There are no rough spots or hot spots on the handle. In fact it fits very comfortably in my hand. It comes razor sharp right out of the box. I'm looking forward to making a custom sheath for this beautiful knife. I will definitely be purchasing more NedFoss knives in the future.

A: This knife is very sturdy and heavy duty. Comes very sharp, also. Good quality knife.

A: Prob, China but with just some  tweaking can be a very deadly, and useful knife and it starts off with good steel with good heat treatment so for the money great knife

**Q: Is it possible to purchase only the sheath?if anyone knows where/what website i could buy the sheath without knife, please let me know! thanks**
A: The sheath is absolutely horrible. Poorly made and the belt loop is super loose. I'm actually looking for a hard plastic one to replace it.

**Q: Where is this knife made**
A: 440 isn't a place and it's not 440 stainless which is surgical stainless.

I knew I would like this knife I could tell from the pictures and the reviews that it is of quality! When I received it, I opened it and looked at it. It is made very well very solid, very sharp! I don’t understand why people say that she’s is kind of weak. This was sorta kinda a gag gift for a spoiled daughter who has everything. I read all reviews including negative ones. The knife I received today was near perfect. It was a bit dirty from what appeared to be protective oil used in shipping. Five minutes of wiping using glass cleaner and a soft cloth and I gazed upon a shiny beautiful piece of workmanship and art. CNC tooling is amazing. The sheath is OK but nothing to admire. Inspected the knife using a magnifying glass and found nothing to warrant a mention. I'm not easy to impress, but I am. Get it!
