Excellent tuners. This is now my second purchase from Guykers and both tuners work really well. Great value for money and ease of use is through the roof, don't have to sit there winding due to locking tuners. The 1:21 ratio is a game changer for me especially considering I'm using this on an acoustic. Contrary to what others will say, it DOES improve tuning stability, which makes sense cause you have to go strike the strings harder for longer to get out of tune than with a 1:18 ratio. The feel is one of stability. It also looks great in chrome. Might get another black pair for my electric guitar. Really good!

A few months ago, I bought a value for money guitar and everything was great apart from the tuners. When tuning the guitar, the standard tuners would 'jump' making it difficult to be precise with the tuning. I was apprehensive about swapping the machine heads and worried about whether the screw positions would be in the same spot as the originals. Also would more expensive ones be a better buy. I need not have worried. The Guyker machine heads are well made, quite solid feeling and fit perfectly on my guitar. The locking mechanism makes changing strings a lot quicker and hold the strings in tune as you would hope the would. I went from some 11 gauge string down to 9 gauge and it took a little while for the guitar to settle into the lighter gauge. The following morning was delightful, picked the guitar up and all stings were still 'spot on' in tune. I'd have no hesitation in recommending these tuners, great value for money and an ideal upgrade to the stock tuners.

I found these tuners easy to fit, the one screw lined up with the existing hole and I like the locking feature. A well made tuner.

I cannot begin to describe how happy I am with these tuner’s they look amazing and work incredibly well I really thought that me fitting these machine heads would be a step too far for me and I may have to seek help from a professional luthier but I decided to bite the bullet and have a go myself and I’m so glad I did I did have to drill the headstock (I think that aged me about ten years) having to drill 1 hole on my headstock would have been bad enough but having to drill 12 holes made me so nervous but taking my time and patience and being very careful the holes were drilled and they fitted perfectly now restrung and tuned up this guitar sounds amazing I cannot recommend these tuners highly enough if you’re thinking of changing your tuner’s give these a go you won’t be disappointed

These machine heads/ tuner's are a fantastic upgrade for my Epiphone Les Paul special Vintage Edition. I was on the fence for a while after reading some negative reviews. I took a punt anyway and am so glad I did! They stay in tune, they are perfect and much better than the crappy stock ones that came with the guitar! Thanks Guyker. I recommend and will shop again.

They look perfect and fit perfectly in this 2020 esp ltd ec-256 so no messing with the holes just dropped straight in. I checked all of the tuners before installing to make sure they weren't damaged or stripped as some people were saying in other reviews and they are all fine. If any issues rise over the coming weeks I'll update this review

I have bought these in the past and been very happy with them, however this time had to strip two of them down ,as they were sized up and slightly cross threaded now fine

As many buyers I presume, I start by looking at the bad reviews and it of course got me worried! Well, I'll tell you now, I have only good things to say! Installing is super easy, didn't have to drill, screw holes aligned perfectly. I measured and they geniunely have a 1:21 ratio, precisely. The main reason for changing the original locking tuners on my Ibanez - other than the ease of putting on new strings - was that I hoped to improve the tuning stability. The current Ibanez tuners would go drastically out of tune after a playing session or even over night...not anymore! 🙂 Despite it being winter now, meaning that the differences in temperature are really high between when the heat comes on and off at night, it stays very much in tune! (of course a very slight tuning is always necessary, as it would with any guitar tuners, but it's very much playable immediately). At this price point, there is definitely nothing better and I wonder if there is really any worthy improvement with some of the more expensive and established locking tuner brands out there?

Very good looking machine heads, they do seem to be very well constructed, they all turn very smooth and precise, I was worried as some reviewers mentioned that the high E and B strings could slip, so I did check the end of the pin and they all looked fine to me, installed them on a IYV IP-300-TSB guitar and they have been working fine for over a week, no tuning issues, they look really nice. I made sure to get the correct version, so they were a perfect drop in, so install was a breeze, I am so impressed that I am going to get a set for Strat (2 pins instead of screws for affixing to the headstock) and put on my MIM standard... if all goes good, I will also do it on my Tele... Re-stringing the guitar took a couple of minutes for all 6 strings, and with the strings being cut very close to the peg, the headstock looks very clean & tidy. No need to pay for the brand name, these look & work great, and the price is very good.
