I purchased this bc I get really strong sugar cravings. I got this awhile ago and never used it but with Halloween being recently and my clothes getting tight I decided to give it a try since I already had it. I was really impressed with how effective it is! The gum is a small amount so you can chew discreetly and the flavor lasts long enough to get you through the urges.

Kind of annoyed that you can’t use it if you’re on antidepressants… I didn’t see that until I got it and it says it on the box. I wanted to return it but they don’t accept returns on this product.

It works! I just don’t like the flavor. The mint tastes much better. I recommend chewing the cinnamon ice breakers mints along with the gum to enhance the flavor.

I am SO MAD at Uncrave. I bought this product with such high hopes, only to find out after it arrived and I opened the box and ate a piece that it says in tiny print in italics on the back of the box that it CANNOT BE USED if you are taking an antidepressant!! At first I blamed myself for missing this warning on Amazon when I bought it and not reading the box carefully before opening, but then I went back to the Amazon page tonight and there is NO WARNING ANYWHERE in their pictures or description of the product!Come On Uncrave! You know that people struggling with depression are going to be very interested in your product, as emotional eating and depression go hand and hand, so it is completely irresponsible of you not to put this warning in your product description and pictures online. It's even MORE irresponsible for the warning to be so tiny and written in italics and be the last sentence in your warning list on the box. It's obvious you're hoping people don't find it till it's too late and can't return the product. Shame on you.

I bought UnCrave gum (mint flavor) one week ago. I started using it right away.1st — It tastes great and the taste lasts a long time compared to other gums.2nd — It's really doing what it's supposed to do. I want to skip a meal and snack in the afternoon. I usually get very hungry around 4 pm every day, so instead of eating I chew the gum and the craving stops in less then a minute and I’m able to wait until dinner to eat. This is very helpful to me. I’m using this gum as an addition to a diet I’m on where I eat very low carbs and high fat (Keto diet), so the gum makes it possible for me to avoid the carbs, as the carbs are what I crave :) Thank you for a great product!

These gums taste ok but I don't feel any hunger blocking effects at all. I was looking anti-hinger results, they do not work for me.
