This resolved my joint swelling and pain! I went to multiple doctors that said there was nothing wrong even though I had 5ml of fluid pulled off my knee. They told me to just do physical therapy, which did not really help.

I could tell the difference in the pain level after maybe a few days. It is very effective and I am amazed! The taste is the only drawback. I would rather put up with the taste than have too much pain.

My daughter has bad knees that were very painful to walk on. She was told that knee replacement was the next best option. She accidentally heard about this and started taking it several months ago. She says her knees are now much less painful. It is kind of expensive, but she thinks it is worth it.

So many people take glucosamine chondroitin for their knee pain, but it just doesn’t work for me. Other formulas do a lot more, and this combination is one of them. NEM® (eggshell membrane) relieves my mild aches, and so does white willow bark powder—it’s especially effective in easing my occasional lower back pain. Have been taking this a while, and remember when I ordered it I was getting some creaky knees in the morning. I needed time to walk carefully to walk around, warm up and avoid the pain. I picked this supplement for the benefits, and my knee issue has gotten better without me noticing as much. I've more recently just got over my normal stiffness in the morning, and noticed my knees were much better. This is currently the only supplement I take for that, I've taken others in the past, but not currently. I can conclude that this at least must help some. While partially I'm sure the body adapts over time with diet and light exercise. I've taken it easy as well, and usually use a cane when I step down on the porch or move to the basement. Still I think this has been helpful. Like most supplements I review, it has no gastric or other side effects I can see or feel, so it should be safe to take for most. Recommended.
