I'm glad I bought these! I hate flossing. I hate regular floss. I hate touching regular floss and accidentally touching my own spit and mouth debris. These are a more sanitary and on-the-go option. I went from NEVER flossing (I mean never, and I don't care if you judge me) to flossing almost daily. I'm not just gross - my teeth are EXTREMELY close together to the extent that between some teeth, a piece of floss won't even fit, or it will get stuck and shred to pieces when I try to get the string out. I haven't had that issue with these. The floss is thin enough to fit between the closer together spots, and they're strong enough that they don't break out of the plastic or shred when pulling them out from between my teeth. Bonus points for the little pick that can be folded out. The mint flavor is pretty strong too. They say these aren't as "good" as flossing with the traditional floppy long disgusting free range string, but I'd have to assume flossing with these are better than not at all.
