This fitness equipment is good but right arm pedal make squeezing sound, I put oil or WD 40 still won’t go.

I'm very pleased with my purchase. The product is as easy as it is described. A great buy for someone looking to add strength to their core, and elsewhere. Easy exercises make it fun to use. Update: I broke the first one but they replaced it almost immediately and back to sit-ups I go. It's a good compact exercise machine.

The machine is just in my opinion OK. It does give some support when doing sit-ups, but if you’re not careful, you can hurt your neck rocking on the Machine machine. I feel like there’s very little resistance, but the machine is portable out. Effectiveness is very moderate. The machine is only moderately stable.

Easy setup, comfortable on a yoga mat. See abs if really committed to this workout device even if you are over weight. It is worth the money because you see fast results showing ABS. Build quality is in a very strong stable condition. Fun times for a workout device at home in your own personal gym!

My ab crunch came before the estimated delivery date. It was super easy to assemble and is also very easy to adjust for quick storage when not in use. The seat is nicely padded, making the exercises where you are seated on it more comfortable. The padding on the arms is very comfortable as well, whether your are using them to support your back, stomach or hands. There are a lot of different exercises that you can do with just the ab crunch, but there are even more that make it an even better workout if you use the bands that are included! I am new to the exercise world, so I was eager to start researching workouts that I could do with my new ab crunch, but was pleasantly surprised to find very helpful resources included! Many variations of workouts that you can do with the ab crunch are not only included in the manual, but easy to follow illustrations are also printed on a large poster for super easy reference. They even include a DVD with a quick 8 minute workout! I am honestly extremely pleased with my ab crunch so far and look forward to many more workouts with it!

No assembly required. The only thing you need to do is put the straps on. It gives a great workout. I can now do pushups! It is definitely worth the small investment. Very sturdy. My abs are loving it!

I ordered this machine to replace an older machine and because the price was great. The machine is exactly as advertised and is very comfortable to use. I've only used it twice. My only complaint is the banging noises and the squeaking. My other machine was very quiet. The company has offered a replacement. i will post another product review later. I've changed my reviews to five stars. Received a replacement and it works well. so glad I gave it another try instead of ordering another expensive brand
