Despite the clear label that says don’t leave box in a mailbox, that’s where the box was delivered. Luckily I was home, so it was there only a few minutes. Delivery gets a big fat ZERO.However, the incredible quality of the ladybugs from Clarke’s Organics more than made up for the delivery. There were maybe 15 bugs that were not alive when they arrived. I was shocked—in a very good way. The bugs were incredibly active. I released them by a brush pile I’d soaked, since we’re in the midst of a drought and they had been traveling. The next morning, I found a few still around it. Hopefully they’ll take down the number of woolly aphids floating everywhere, and continue to live here happily.

Ladybugs 🐞 arrived this morning around 10:30. I put in refrigerator and then put them in the garden this evening. At first I thought they were dead. To my surprise after a few minutes they started to move. I found none dead. Excellent shipment and packaging. My new favorite go to when I need.

Order arrived just as described. I followed the instructions and off they went doing there job. I have used them year after year and have not had typical infestation of Afids and other damaging bugs.

I was very excited to receive these ladybugs as I have always heard that they successfully remove pests from your garden. They arrived as stated and only one was not alive. It tried to escape and got trapped in the metal used to help keep the bag closed. I am giving this company FOUR stars because there were not 1500 ladybugs in the package I received. It was more like 500. That was very disappointing. The ladybugs are still doing their thing and I am happy to say most of them hung around. I think I would order from them again. Hopefully my next order will be counted correctly.

Fast shipping, but half were dead on arrival. So, I have half the amount I paid for.

Read instructions. I distributed them among my flowers during the day, and I don't think they stayed in their houses that night. I am afraid they all left. You have to distribute them at the bottom of your plants at night.I had to put the box in the fridge for 24 hours. Took it out to distribute them the next day, and it appeared to be a bag of ladybug bodies. I put them in the sun for 10 minutes and there was not one dead bug. All were alive. I am so pleased!! Highly recommend...who wouldn't!

I ordered this product as a natural way to control a strong aphid infestation in our yard. The ladybugs arrived promptly and were in good condition. When I released them in the yard they all came out of the bag as expected. During that process I got concerned that there weren't as many ladybugs in the bag as I had ordered so I wrote to the seller (with a picture) to ask about this. They didn't respond when I wrote directly but did when I went via Amazon and then promptly sent me an additional bag of ladybugs at no charge, which I also released, and with that release it did seem as though there were more ladybugs present. The bag looked a lot more full initially (straw to ladybug density ratio....) and then when they came out there were more of them than before. So, in the end I was a happy customer and I appreciate the prompt customer service. I can see larvae in particular eating away at the aphids, and the level of aphid mess has gone down relative to what it was like before we got the ladybugs, so they are working.The instructions that came with the ladybugs weren't entirely consistent between the two different leaflets that came with the bugs and I only realized after release that dusk would have been better than dawn (less likely to fly away), so that was what I did for the replacement bugs and that may have helped too.
