We were concerned about finding a quality product and being able to get some use outta this product, but we finally ordered it. So glad we did! Great quality, works exactly like advertising shows it does. It's easy to use and the sturdy design is great! It does have a lot of pieces that come apart to clean. I would definitely recommend this product. Give it a try, you won't regret it! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Outstanding customer service *by A***E on Reviewed in the United States on June 25, 2021* The ricer I bought broke after several uses but I am still rating this as 5 stars because the customer service was so outstanding. I literally have never had a company pursue making it right as hard as this one has, convincing me that there are real people wanting to produce a good product behind this faceless Amazon purchase. They have given me a refund and replaced the ricer. ### ⭐⭐⭐ 3.0 out of 5 stars Works great but the discs can stick if you aren't paying attention and make a mess. *by J***N on Reviewed in the United States on January 10, 2022* The ricer works just like you'd expect and it feels fairly sturdy, the only downside really is that the discs can get stuck and every now and then can pop out unexpectedly and make a bit of a mess. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/202540876-potato-ricer-haolide-large-14-5oz-stainless-steel-potato-masher](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/202540876-potato-ricer-haolide-large-14-5oz-stainless-steel-potato-masher) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-27*
