Better than i expected
These were easy to install all I'm really pleased with the quality so far. They have a nice feel, ergonomic and heavy duty.Purchased then for my business since we only have the 1 bathroom for team members and clients.

Broke after a month!!!
Please don't buy this brand. I've purchased this model and another one before that.They all break after just a short period of time and are absolutely not commercial grade, far from it.Don't go cheap when looking for commercial grade, I've learned my lesson.

missing screws
I own a restaurant with four bathrooms, I ordered 2 of these for my upstairs bathrooms and had no problems whatsoever. However my most recent I ordered for my downstairs bathrooms are missing the spindle screws. They had the screws for the strike and latch but not the door handles themselves. I thought it was odd that both boxes were missing these screws,but they are nowhere to be found. And I don't know who to contact to get them mailed to me.
