My “H” would not fully inflate. I keep having to bow and blow and even when it looked all the way full I closed it off and it slowly delayed during our event.

Purchased 3 letters. One had a valve the was glued down completely. By the time we could open it enough to inflate, we realized there was a small pinholein the balloon. 2nd letter kept deflating. Third letter worked well.

I only received 1 letter, which was the letter E. When I arrived to Party City to have them blown up, it was only 1 letter in the package.
