Well, I have to say, I just found my new favorite beef jerky. I am super picky when it comes to beef jerky and this product hit all of the things I love about great beef jerky. I could definitely taste the quality of the meat and seasoning ingredients. Every flavor I tried was just as good as the last one. I really don’t like hard, tough beef jerky and this product was easy to bite and chew without feeling like my jaw was going to dislocate. The soft tender pieces were a delight to chew in stark contrast to hard dry jerky that are difficult to chew. The 1oz snack packs are perfect for an afternoon snack, road trips or hikes with the family. No added hormones and Nitrites/Nitrates provides a healthy alternative to other dry meat snacks. All the flavors are very, very sweet, and you miss out on the complexity and umami. Cuts were lean and high quality, size was reasonable for a sampler.

These are delicious! I saw the Pioneer Woman eating these on her recent road trip, and she was raving about them so I had to try them. I am so glad I did! They are all delicious! The perfect snack size, protein pick me up!

I saw this brand, at work (Amazon FC) & was like, oh cool, sounds yummy & my Hubz loves jerky, so maybe I'll try it; the price point delayed my purchase, for several months, though. When I finally got the order for the sampler pack, I was a little bummed how small the pouches were, & extra bummed over the tiny product amount. Oh well I thought, it's a sampler pack. I eagerly showed my husband whooooo..........said he didn't like the brand.Well then, I'll eat it myself &&&&......meh?Blue/original - was way too heavily smoked, kinda dry, disintegrated easily, & had a weird mouth coating effect; I needed lots of water to swallow it down w/out choking to death, & then to clear the smoke from my mouth.Green/salsa fresca - No spice/heat at all (&I have a very low heat tolerance), also not much taste, at all. I don't believe I tasted anything salsa-y, just way less smoke, than, Blue/original. It was moreso dry & crumbly, & also just kinda, meh?Orange/orange - Never ate this packGreen/serrano pepper - Now we finally get something, other than smoke & me; this pouch is what's holding up these stars/product! I pulled this pouch out after hiking through the, Flagstaff lava tubes, depleted of salts, sore, & yeah. These jerkies claimed heat & brought it, although tolerable enough a 4 year old kept eating through it like nothing, & I ate it just fine, except got some sinus clearing action. The beef was moister, but kinda caked in the flavoring, so it was kinda sticky, too. My whole party liked this flavor & it provided a tiny after hike, snack....a teeny tiny, one.

I got the variety pack and I actually loved each flavor! It tastes really good but I feel for the $ it really doesn't give you much. Each packet has maybe like 4 small pieces in it and it doesn't curb my hunger at all.

I will only be buying Baja jerky in the future and can't wait to see what flavor they come up with next. And the best thing is there is 0 crap put in it.
