I had great results. Now I will say if it's by itself it won't hold as well. But paired with heritage leave in conditioner, it works great.Now some may think that it doesn't work Because it needs help with another product...but in my experience, all my edge controls needed help to lay my hair down

I have 4c hair and I was looking for a product that would really hold my edges down. Nothing does the trick for me. I saw the 36 hrs hold for this edge control. The reviews indicated that it was the best, even for 4c hair. I was excited when I saw the newer version of the product that says it lasts for 48 hrs. I said why not, it must be as good or better than the 36 hrs hold. I purchased this product but it was far from what I expected. The product smells good but the texture feels too soft for an edge control. It didn’t hold my hair for very long and the product left a white residue. After seeing this, I vowed never to buy another edge control ever again. I came to the conclusion that such products just doesn’t work for my 4c hair.
