Water Based Shed and Fence Paint - Anthracite Grey - 20 Litre

This fence paint is amazing! One coat over the red fences and it completely covered and looks almost like composite - the colour is that solid. It’s given a completely new lease of life to the wood and the colour is the most beautiful grey. So many comments from people about how it’s transformed the garden. The gardener working on my garden transformation has said they have never used a product so good and will not use anything else from now on. And it’s not overpriced either. Offers great value especially because it only needs one coat. Highly recommended.

Really pleased I found this paint, it’s completely transformed my tired looking fence. I usually use a more well known brand but, couldn’t get it anywhere. Glad I didn’t as this is costing me a 3rd of the price I would have paid to do the large amount of fencing I have. This 20litre tin will do all I need and hopefully some to spare for touch ups if needed. Will definitely use this brand again it’s a great colour, fab coverage and washes easily out of brushes and my hands with just water. Can’t comment on how it weathers as I have only just started the fence but, can’t imagine there will be any problems. I have already recommended it to a neighbour who also liked the colour. Colour is almost identical to the slate grey I have previously used.

The best fence paint i have ever purchased, i only needed one coat and the 20 litre tin covered 15m of new fencing on both sides.

Went on really easily, covered great, it soaked in the wood easily giving a great finish I was concerned it might just sit on top like a paint, don't know if is was because the wood panels had not been treated previously except for the original pressure treatment. Not sure how it would be with previous painted panel. Time will tell on its longevity..

The paint is brilliant. One coat over old, dark brown and it looks great. Would have been an easy 5 star but for the condition of the paint tin which arrived in dreadful condition, bent and buckled. I had difficulty getting the lid off and now can’t get it back on. I sent a note to the supplier last week but so far they have not responded. I’m not sure whether the tin was damaged in transit or left the supplier in that condition.

As other reviewers have said this paint goes on really well. One coat gives great cover and does a fab job. Easy to use and the paint goes a long way and dries quickly. It took only a small amount to paint 2 sides and the front of a bike shed that was an orange colour. (The back of the shed and the other bike shed which is still orange are still to be painted - as is the fence! - as in the pic). The tin looks like it's hardly had anything out of it. The paint arrived earlier than expected. One tin did have a small dent on delivery but tin and paint are fine so it's not a problem. The anthracite colour matches in with our Ral 7016 cladding which was what we wanted. The paint also washes off skin easily with just soap and water.

The colour is so crisp and solid and such a gorgeous colour I love it , the wife chose it and I’m used to the usual brown that everyone else has so I had my doubts but omg !! it looks soooo good the more I look at it the more I love it and goes on a dream and one coat is all you need to get the depth shown in my photo . Don’t bother with the ronseals , the Cuprinols you’ll only be disappointed it'll never look as good as this and you’ll wish you’d spent a bit more
