Minor problem with product as received but after contacting VARGO they took immediate action. This was exactly what I was needing for trip in n next few days..

Decent bottle for carrying fuel for your stove. Haven't had any issue with leaks (I carry it inside a Ziploc bag just in case though). Not really sure about the value however... you're just paying extra for the name in my humble opinion.

This bottle exceeded expectations. It's light, sturdy, inexpensive and seals well when closed. Clear markings on the bottle allow for easy measurement (in ounces). The nozzle produces a clean, accurate stream when fueling a stove or other containers. (I use small 2-oz plastic bottles of fuel--the Vargo makes refilling easy and simple). Not as sturdy or durable as the Trangia bottles, but at a fraction of the price the Vargo is a great option.

The media could not be loaded. The cap leaks when mild pressure is applied to the sides of the bottle. This is a no-go for me and other backpackers.Methanol is the fuel of choice for alcohol stoves and by its nature it is toxic to humans when ingested or absorbed through the skin. The container in which to store fuel must be 100% leak proof.This Vargo alcohol fuel bottle needs to be redesigned to not leak.The size is great, the markings on the side of the bottle are awesome, it’s lightweight, but because it leaks this will be going back to Amazon as defective.Let me know when Vargo comes up with a leakproof design and I’ll buy it.

No leaks, transparent, flip nozzle works very well.

wont work for long term storage and leaks if it falls over. This bottle needs a solid cap too for storage.
