My daughter played in a Halloween softball tournament and was a penguin. This hat was really fun and bonus... it ended up being a frigid 35 degrees for the first game so it also helped keep her head warm! She is 10 years old and almost 5' tall. Fit great with some room to grow. She wore it all day, even over her fielding mask. Soft, comfy and cute!

I took this penguin hat on three snow trips, and it kept my head so warm! The plush material really insulates well, even in freezing temperatures. Not only is it practical, but the cute penguin design made it a hit—everyone where I was staying at loved it and found it cute! Fun, pretty warm hat

I bought this (plus the polar bear scarf) for my then 5 and 6 year olds for Christmas 2018. My daughters have adored these scarf/hats! My favorite was when they put the hat on their heads, mittens on their hands, and then proceeded to crawl around making penguin/polar bear noises. (I have no idea what noise a penguin makes, but I'm quite sure my daughters didn't hit the right note. They have worn them to school, warm them in snow (though we're in the South East, so it's not at all frequent,) and worn them as dress up around the house. Now, a year later, the penguin has been washed several times, the seams are beginning to pull, and some stains have appeared, but I don't for a moment regret this purchase! What fun and how cute!

Great gift

This hat is so stinking adorable! My 6 year old son wore it to school for crazy hat day. It's not crazy by any means but he got tons of compliments on it that day. It's a great hat for snow days as it will keep the child's ears warm but also gives that fun to wearing a hat as well. If your having trouble getting your child to properly bundle up look into one of these many hat options they have available. It fit great, and seems to be so far great quality. He has worn it for 4 months now just about every day without issues.
