Amazon imports and offers these works at great value to the buyer. Service is quick and dependable. This series needs no rehashing on my part explaining them. See other reviews...you're interested or you wouldn't be reading my review!True to its title, the three stories in this volume deal with fighting in the North African desert areas in WWII. SAS and LRDG stories...and a surprising one that puts British, Italian, and Germans together against a common and evil foe. With a twist or two of humerous dialog! Not bad...take a look for yourself...you probably won't be disappointed!

I thoroughly enjoyed this comic, the drawings were accurate and realistic. The plots were a. Bit idealistic but fun none the less.

Bought with a group of similar titles for my military mad 8yo. Recommended by a teacher for some variety to his reading. "Fun, adventurous, and provided some facts about WW2 and its machines", he says. Contains 3 stories in c200 pages. Some vocabulary was quite advanced but he enjoyed and followed the plots mostly independently. There is some shooting and explosions, and associated "aaargghh"s but no gore and is nowhere near Transformer movie levels. The worst word I've found is "flaming".

A collection of commando stories from the old comics - my son who is 8 absolutely loves these - so much so he has asked for more. Having read command comics as a child I know how enthralling these stories can be - ageless!
