I stumbled on the Halti training lead randomly when we became new puppy owners over 5 years ago. It was the perfect training lead then and is still by far my favorite leash. We use it for everything and even bought additional ones, so we could keep a set in each car. I love that it has clips at both ends as well as additional hoops to adjust leash length. The material is soft and comfortable yet strong and durable. This is the most versatile and useful lead/leash I've come across. A definite must-have for any dog owner!

Like this leash for my 90 lb golden retriever who likes to pull. It can be looped and buckled to adjust the length (approximately 3’ or 6’) or buckled to another leash. It’s slightly cushioned so it’s comfortable on your hands. Durable and well made.

This works perfect with the halter harness, nice quality, great stitching and comfortable hold.

Lots of rings to config in various ways

First time buyer. We rescued a German Shepherd who was super hyper with zero leash skills. She's was no where near ready for border training and would pull horribly. Always jerking and pulling, trying to chase leaves. Anything that caught her attention. Walking her into the yard was an adventure! I watched the instructional video for this halti and followed the instructions to a tee. It worked! Using a treat to slip it on and trying for a few days did the trick. It took about a week for our dog to wear it all day, but she did and it was so easy to walk her. I also bought the training lead as well and it's a great fit. My GSD walks so easily now and her leash manners have improved drastically. Even on stairs. Now we do a tie out when she does to do her business and I stay on the porch to make sure she's OK. This halti saved us a huge hassle and I have tried many no pull harnesses in the past. None have worked this well. It's also well made and after three months, it hasnt even frayed. We take it off at night, she gets her paw caught when she sleeps, but she wears it all day otherwise. It helped leash train her and saved me from getting pulled onto my back side. Save yourself some trouble and buy this. 10/10 and I would buy this again.

i have a large puppy, 8 months old and 60+ lbs, naturally, he pulls a lot and is stronger than i am. a regular harness improved his pulling but he continued even with attempts to train. noticing some dogs had what looked like a "double lead," i investigated and found the halti leash.having slipped and fallen multiple times now due to pulling, i was desperate to try anything. upon receiving the leash, i tried several different "methods" with it, which was nice, because it let me work out what would be most successful for my dog! i've settled on the waist leash "setting" as the most comfortable and useful method for reducing pulling. after just a week using it this way, his pulling has MASSIVELY improved! it's been VERY HELPFUL! i'm so much less tired after a walk, and no more shoulder pains. gives me the freedom to have my hands free and use phone, give treats, pick up poop, etc.my only complaint about this leash is that the material is a bit stretchy feeling and gives me the impression it will stretch out and thin over time, this is just how it feels, not something i know for sure. would prefer something more sturdy-feeling like the nylon that's used in conventional/common leashes. however it's a very good leash and i will continue using it for as long as it holds up.

It is thick and cushioned and the extra loops give me lots of options. I currently hook it to my pups front loop and top loop on her harness and I hold it where it folds. I can control her pull by softly switching which part of the leash is tightest. To slow her roll I put more pressure on the front harness loop. It's so easy to change the pressure by tilting my hand. Before the harness I had the easy walk. I used this and attached it to the over the snout part and the other end on the collar. That worked great too.

Loved the fact that these leashes are 'convertible'. I purchased 2 of them. One red and one black. My red one is holding up well. Unfortunately, the black one started fraying immediately and I kept trying to repair and secure it with tape and sewing machine. It is now beyond repair. It has frayed so bad right behind the large clasp that it is about to tear in half. I love the concept of this different length options and loved the thick, soft padded fabric but I think the fabric needs to be something stronger. The black leash is totally shot. Red one I can still use but it also has a couple of small spots where it is starting to fray. I have 2 large breed dogs so both get used the same amount of time. Hesitant to purchase another so will be looking for something different. I normally have no issues with Halti brands but they definitely need to come up with a tougher fabric for this leash

Es muy cómodo en las manos, no lastima, hay varias formas de utilizarlo lo cual lo hace útil, se ve bastante resistente las costuras pero si tu perro es de los que muerden la correa entonces esta no es la opción eventualmente la rompería mejor de cadena. Para su uso es bastante buena.

Esta suavecita, linda y práctica, ya compre otra para usar una en cada perro, me gustaron mucho.

hace años que uso correas de este tipo, y las he tenido de varios materiales y marcas, y puedo asegurar que ésta es de las mejores que he tenido, sino la mejor. Es suave y acolchada, lo que proporciona mayor agarre. Si bien es cierto que para un uso "de campo" se ensucia con facilidad, pero al final con el propio uso el barro y la tierra terminan cayendo. Además, a quién le importa que una correa se ensucie? No la recomiendo para perros muy fuertes, ya que al ser acolchada, no tiene una resistencia muy alta. Terminaría rompiendo, y sería muy fácil de morder por el perro, pero si tienes un perro de raza mediana para abajo, es perfecta. Si tienes un perro grande o con mucha fuerza, te recomendaría una de este mismo tipo, pero hecha tipo "cincha" de poliéster 100%, más fuerte y duradera (pero no tan cómoda).En fin, muy buena compra, muy recomendable. Y el precio muy bueno también.
