Defo worth the money!
This is great and highly durable. I bought my second set as the first one was getting old ( and some ripped). But the old ones lasted 3+ years at least, so defo worth the money!

Affordable and Effective for Recovery!
I've been using these bands for a few weeks and they're excellent. They're durable, stay in place during workouts, and offer multiple resistance levels to help you progress. Perfect for building strength and supporting injury recovery.

Good basic resistance bands
These are a great set of basic resistance bands - it's great that they've got a resistance rating printed on each band (from extra light upwards) making it easy to quickly find the right resistance to use. The pouch they come with is handy too, and it's nice to see instructions that include some basic resistance exercises to do. They're perfect for what I want (physio work on a dislocated collarbone - ouch), but are far more versatile than just that. Recommended.

I am disappointed with the quality
I bought these resistance bands to strengthen my knees because of osteoarthritis and an injury I have used the medium strap for 2 days and it has already started to split I know they're inexpensive but I expected them to last longer than 2 days ☹️
