Cruelty free, good brand, smells good **BUT after used few times made my hair went too dry with split ends (i have never have split ends on my hair) and made my hair too freezy, is this trick to show your hair is thick .. really dissapointed with Ayumi.**

I actually got this for an itchy scalp. It didn’t really have an effect on my scalp (hence 4 stars) but am continuing to use it as it’s a nice shampoo.
