When I first ordered this phone I didn't really have high expectations but wow this phone is amazing. It's so smooth and runs excellent. For how cheap it is it's really good and can't fault it

Not an up to date model but sufficient to replace an older damaged device when all I needed was a phone and use for shopping. Looks in near perfect condition and was delivered next day after ordering late afternoon

Excellent refurbed high-end S20 plus Samsung phone at a good price. Current model is S26. I would have liked a plug along with the USB-C lead (which was reasonably long) but I seperately bought a contactless charging pad with plug and so I now have one and an extra lead. The supplier lead was USB-C at both ends. I got a cheap case separately.

Had this phone for a couple of weeks now. Held back on the review though. Just wanted to confirm a few things first. I took a bit of a risk buying this phone. I had no idea what the condition of the phone was going to be or if it would work on my network here in the uk. Buck i lucked out with this one. When i got it and checked the invoice, under condition it said "new". I thought it can't be a new phone. Maybe some mistake on the invoice? Mabye they meant like new? But when i unwrapped the actual phone it was in pristine condition. It certainly looked new. So knowing a trick that would indicate if it was new or not, i put my sim in and went through the initial phone setup. As soon as the phone was setup, i checked the android version. It was still on the original android 10. So no one has upgraded this phone at any point. I had to upgrade it to android 12 myself. That's a good indicator that this phone is either new or barely used. This phone is amazing. For a start it's not the 4g 8gb version. This is the 5g 12gb version. So plenty of ram and trust me if your playing emulators and games that extra 4gb of ram comes in very handy. The battery life in mines is fantastic. I'm getting around 1-2 days worth from every charge, depending how heavy i use it. While im on the subject of charging, this phone has 25watt charging support. So i got an official samsung 25watt charger from here on amazon. Only cost £25. This charger charges the phone fast as hell. The phone has a large battery. A lot of capacity. Yet the charger i bought charges the phone from around 10% to 100% in 30 minutes. It's honestly that fast with the right charger. To my surprise i figured out this phone is also a dual sim phone. I didn't realise that when i bought it so it was a nice bonus to see it has 2 imei numbers. My only complaint about this phone. And its a problem with the phone itself, not the seller. You can't do 1440p and 120hz at the same time. You can either do 1440p @ 60hz or 1080p @ 120hz. I prefer the look of 1440p so im stuck with 60 frames per second. I know samsung did this to preserve battery life but the battery in this phone would cope with it.

Bought a few months ago as my old phone was done for. At first everything seemed fine besides the odd thing. Battery was a bit quick to die and mic kept cutting out on long calls. Screen wouldn't respond well to certain hold Screen inputs etc. After a drop the charger port stopped working and the screen was cracked so I took it in to 2 repair shops as I didn't believe the first. The Screen is not official atall and neither is the microphone,sim tray, charging port piece. Seems likely that other parts are in the same situation. Software etc is absolutely fine and legitimate but hardware is a scam. If warranty wasn't broken I'd be demanding a refund

Solid machine and a power horse. The glass is quite fragile, but the phone itself is a very good purchase. Good pictures, the screen is good, battery life is decent, but it's not very scratch-resistant. The phone is very good and functional

Having been more or less forced into getting a new phone to replace an old Blackberry Key which was over 7 years old, I had to get a phone I could buy outright as I don't want a phone contract. I also do not need a ludicrously priced £1000+ phone (does anyone). I hadn't thought of going down this route for all the usual reasons but realistically, where there is a chance to repurpose anything that has a serviceable life in it, we have to seriously consider that if only for environmental reasons so I took the plunge. I'd read a few favourable reviews and the section in Amazon about these products and the guarantees are about as good as you can reasonably expect. I had no interest in fancy packaging or charging devices etc for obvious reasons - I've got tons of the stuff already. What I got came quickly. Well packaged and according to the invoice, it was a new phone. Whether it is or not, there was not a mark on it and all of the protective film was on the phone. This is what at least one other reviewer got but from others, it clearly isn't the case in every purchase. There was a cable and charger with it. Both generic but who really cares? No accessories like earphones etc. The item was installed easily and data transferred from my old phone without too much trouble. The initial update put me on Android 13. Well worth considering given that the price you pay is substantially lower than new but you have to make a judgement call about warranties. I purchased on the assumption that should anything go wrong, I have Amazon to help resolve the matter.

Came in very good condition without a scratch. Fingerprint reader and face detection is not as useful or prompt. My old phone had better response to infrared face detection and fingerprint security lock. Doesn't work properly in low light. Camera quality is very good which is why I bought this phone. Really happy with that and would highly recommend. Battery life is average like most phone these days with 4000 mah or above. You could slightly feel the body heating but no major issues there. Did not come with an original charger or box. This was a major problem which put me off at first but I'm using a different charger(original Samsung) and type c cable which they sent me later after I reported. Fast charging works great with a better charger now 👌 All in all good flagship quality phone with great value for money buying from Amazon.
