So remember this before purchase.# I got the Red band which is of medium elasticity and should suffice the need of any average healthy man.I am using this band everyday since last 2 weeks mostly for triceps workout and occasionally for back or pull up exercises. So following are the observations,1. Product looks exactly as shown in the description.2. Quality of band is exceptional and certainly looks durable.3. It has got good stretch and is apt for any average healthy man like me.4. For triceps workout I use a metal rod to stretch the band and get resistant equivalent to 30-80 pounds depending on my standing position and distance from the hook.* Its great warmup for intermediate level athletes.5. For pull ups it did help me very well, as I started my pull up session with this band.*I weigh 75kgs FYR.6. Other various exercises can also be performed with this band which is very handy.7. Carry bag makes it very convenient to carry this kit on the go.8.
