Carbon Fiber Turntable Record Mat

Does an excellent job of reducing static. I also believe sound stage has increased. Good investment.

Felt on one side, CF on the reverse. My mat has a defect in the carbon, an "L" shaped irregularity in the weave, about 1 inch on a side. But it isn't a functional issue, so I'm not returning it.I'd rather it didn't have the felt, that makes it thicker for no purpose.On the plus side, the center hole is slightly undersized, which grips the spindle to prevent it from lifting off the platter with the record.

Not a solid carbon fiber. This mat is just a thick felt material with a tight weave, flexible and not much different than a felt mat
