Plaid&Plain Women's High Waisted Denim Shorts Rolled Blue Jean Shorts

As a tall woman with a booty it's hard finding jean shorts that don't ride up my crotch uncomfortably and show the whole world my derriere. I'm 5'9" 140lbs. Technically going by the measurement chart and Amazon's suggestion I should have ordered a small. But I wanted a loose fit like the model. So I got a medium. Medium fit but it was a tighter fit then I was looking for (jean floss in my lady parts when sitting). So I sized up again to a large and very happy I did!

The shorts came in good condition. I was able to wash them and there has been no fraying that I've noticed. Today, I took some time to wear them and they fit perfectly. I have sizable thighs and hips, so I was very skeptical. But when I tried them on, I was pleasantly surprised. The zipper seems to be okay quality and the buttons are secure. There's even elastic in the waistband, so if you need some extra room, it's there. I'm most definitely wearing these out and about during the summer time. I'll be sure to update if I do experience anything unexpected that comes from a few wears.

These shorts are good, if you happen to get a pair made right! We ordered 3 of the same style, but in different denim colors. They all arrived made differently! Some, the elastic was sewn too tight, some the buttons were loose...only one fit of the 3 that were ordered. It was a little disappointing.

I wanted to like these. But I think my height kept them from being as high waisted as the pic shows. So they just ended up looking awkward.But the quality was good. And style was as showed.

I was really sad when i tried these on. I really wanted to like them as they look really cute on the model and ive always wanted a pair of these type of shorts. Plus they had deep pockets and material was comfy. these shorts would probably look really cute on a less curvy thinner person like the model in the photo. I'm not overweight but i'm not super thin either due to my curves. These shorts really unfortunately accentuated all the wrong things for me. They were baggy on my lower belly and lower back but tight on my butt and thighs so it gave me a really weird frumpy look that didn't flatter me at all. On top of that, despite these shorts being fairly long, they still manage to show my butt cheeks. I love having a big booty, but i have yet to find a pair of shorts that do not show my bottom to the world. I bought these thinking they would cover me up and be very stylish and cute still. im sad i have to return them due to my body type just not being suited to these shorts.

- It has a weird fit at the crotch area that's too baggy (can be kind of fixed by pulling it up and wearing a belt if needed)- quality is amazing- very stretchy- comes baggy so don't size up (I made that mistake and bought a large jnstead of a medium)

A little frumpier than the pictures. It hits very high on my waist so it makes me look a little awkward shaped with a tee tucked in. I will definitely have to wear it with either a tight tee/tank tucked in or with a very short crop top

MATERIAL WAS NOT REALLY DURABLE BUT THEY ARE CUTE

I’m so disappointed with these shorts! I’ve waited for a very long time to receive them (almost a month) and I ended up with this garbage! First of all, it looks like a cheap version of the shorts shown on the model. It’s made all wrong. Next, I ordered a size L to wear them as loose styled shorts (my size is M), and as you can see on my picture, the shorts are very small! They fit, but tightly not loose as promised. Then, they are very short. They don’t have button holes. They smell so bad! A very unpleasant chemical smell. And I didn’t receive a belt as a gift, many reviewers said that they got a belt. So, to sum up, these shorts are the worst I’ve ever seen. So cheap and awful. I’m pretty sad because I was looking forward to wear good shorts this summer.

The button holes were sewn shut. I ordered a LG and I’m usually 10-11 size and they were too small

When I first got it it took around 3 weeks to arrive and when I tried it on it fit almost perfectly. The waist was a little loose on me but it didn’t bother me that much and can easily be fixed with a belt. It’s comfortable to fit in and doesn’t feel that much like denim. Also a little thing they added that I liked is that there was a little person embroidered on the left side of my hip which was a cute little touch.

The idea of these will never live up to the reality: comically small; no way to button them without cutting; waited a month for them.Honestly just go into any store and you’ll find a pair of high rise shorts for around the same price, that you could get on and button up. Amazon is not the spot for clothing!

Bought these before the summer, waited a month to deliver and I can’t wear it! I am a true medium (size 8) and I couldn’t get it passed my hips, wayyy too small and not only that I can’t button them up at all. The button holes are nonexistent!
