Well winter was starting to come around. I will admit I never used bike pants that were tight to the fit. Not sure of the material but I guess they call them spandex. Well I first order was a little small so I order the next size bigger which was an XL. I am 5'8 at 180 lbs and the fit was just right for me. I have used them for over 3 months now. They are very comfortable. The padding on the butt works great. My legs stay warm at even 28 degrees while ridding. I am very happy with this purchase.

I recently bought these riding pants for my brother who is a competitive bike rider that was looking to upgrade his gear. I saw these and was like what the heck why not give them a try. He went on a single ride with these to test them out and he came and instantly told his riding group about them. He says he loves the comfort and the warmth. He hasn't been able to ride for a while due to the extreme colds where we live, but he found his solution, he's been biking on Temps that are between -10 and 10 degrees Fahrenheit with no problem that he's complained to me about. I would say he's very happy with the gift.

I have their short pants as well which are near perfect fit. THese get a 4 star rating because despite being the same size as the shorts, they are a big more snug. Otherwise length and waist are fine. Just a low rise. Worth the money.

I love everything about this product. As matter of fact, they are great to wear when not cycling. They are great in cold weather and comfortable in warm weather as well. My lady thinks they are extremely sexy, so they serve multiple purposes. I will order more just to have in all weather and comfort. Truthfully, I thought I’d never wear this style of bike wear, but this has changed my mind. My friends are now going to order these as well.

I really like Sponeed bike gear. So far, I have three pairs of their shorts and three pairs of their pants. They fit very well, are made well, and their padding is very comfortable. To give you an idea of sizing, I'm 6'3"" tall with a 40" waist, and weigh 220 pounds. For the regular cycling tights, XXL fits perfectly. For the flannel-lined ones, I had to get 5XL! I don't know why they run smaller, but it's something to think about. So far, no complaints. They are holding up very well and keep me nice in comfy in the saddle for long rides.

Pants are great, but You should consider going up a size. I usually wear an XL, but ordered XXL which was just barely large enough.

I bike all year long, even through the winter and snow. What I’ve been doing up until now is wearing cycling shorts and putting on under armour heatgear leggings over top my cycling shorts. This works well down to the the about 25° range, then I need to double up on the leggings. While this works, it’s bulky and adds more to the laundry. I have a few pairs of the sponeed cycling shorts and they’re good. I was hoping these longer versions would be warm enough so that I wouldn’t need to wear leggings. These cycling pants are ok, not great, for warmth. Fine for around 40°. Fit wise, the waistband seems to slide down somewhat and I’m sometimes futzing with the pants to not moon people as I ride by. Overall the pants are ok enough to keep using but I wouldn’t buy them again.

I bought these cycling pants in Fleece Green color. Got the Medium size based on the sizing chart. I like the color, pattern, and how it fits my legs. I rode a 25-mile ride using these pants and I didn't have any problems, it was a comfortable ride. I noticed that the distance between the crotch and the waist is a bit short. When I fully pull the pants up, the wait sits 2" below my belly button. I wish it was at least 1" longer from crotch to waist. I also wish it had one pocket for the phone.
