UPDATE. Bought a second set and they lasted 2 months . Manufacturer sent a replacement right away. Very responsive and prompt action. Thank you Medca OLD INFO. I purchased on September 19 2020. They worked for about 3 weeks and stopped working. The thing is they really are comfortable. Easy to change the volume, etc. Too late to return. I was very busy during that time period or I would have returned them for a replacement. I really like them but has to last longer. Will contact manufacturer to see if they will replace. Will add results to this review.

i bought these for my daughter she says they work well for her but the only attery she can find to fit them is the Medca and they are worthless. they don't even work a day .

They seem to work for the hubby. He says he'd get another one.

These aids repeatedly make a loud squeal that all my friends and relations hear just fine. I don't always need to wear them so I put them in one of my cargo pants pockets or in the little soft pouch I have for them and inevitably they will close the little trap door for the batts with my movements and start squealing like crazy. I can't hear it but everyone else can. So annoying that the manufacturers decided that making the aid even cheaper by getting rid of any method that is convenient to shutting them off. Just opening the door is worthless. It's frustrating they did. A few years back, I could use my thumb and turn the volume down to zero so the battery compartment could stay closed with other aids I purchased, but these, nope, you need a magnifier and a tiny screw driver to turn down the volume. It's such a hassle that I don't. And the batts are 'captured' in such an odd way that it takes a bunch of time to remove them, that's another issue I have with them. Of course when I'm not looking at them, the battery just drops out on it's own, when I want them to shut up and stop squealing, it's nearly impossible to get the battery out. Have to get my tools. They are NOT a good aid for those reasons only. They sound okay though. One of them I cannot get to fit right in my right ear. It just squeals no matter which dome I use, unless I use one that's uncomfortable. I should have sent them back, but, life got in the way. Anyway, I won't be purchasing them again when they break or wear out or I lose them. I don't use them much anymore though so they'll probably last for decades.

Much better than I expected for the price. The little put in pull out tab is a little to short to easily get a hold of and sometimes get caught in the battery holder door. Still trying to find the correct size fit adapter, the one that came on them tended to let them fall out and I tried the nent size smaller and am getting feedback so will keep trying until I get it right.

Right side lasted only 4 months. Left side is still working so worth a 2 star rating overall. I bought these to replace another brand that were the rechargeable type. These fit my ear better, not perfect, but much better than others. I knew that essentially they are an amplifier and I'm ok with that. But when one stops working after only 4 months, the other will probably follow it soon.

Keep in mind these are not hearing aids, however they do the job. I have used two other brands ones cheaper and ones for more money (I travel a lot and keep losing them). I like these because you can adjust them to work in one ear at a time, when you find the right dome for the ends they fit very well, and most people have no idea you are wearing them. MY only beef is that I use the large dome and I cannot buy them in this size they only come in an assortment of sizes. When you first start wearing these you have a hard time filtering out noises in the background in time this goes away. These are a great product for the money

This is the second pair of these I've gotten that don't work right out of the box. I've ordered these on subscription for a long time now and I don't know what the problem is. I put in the batteries and nothing. I change to batteries that I know work and nothing. I'm going to have to find another brand. At $85 a pair ordered quarterly I just can't afford to keep buying them if they don't work when brand new. I didn't post the last time because I thought it had to be a fluke but now I know that's not the case. I am disappointed.

Fit nice and snug in the ear no whistling

Utilizzo apparecchi acustici di alta gamma invisibili da circa 15 anni per deficit auditivo importante. Acquistati questi per tamponare l'invio di quelli utilizzati attualmente in assistenza. Li sto usando da circa una settimana e si sono rivelati dei dispositivi eccezionali. C'è da premettere che, evidentemente, nel mio caso hanno un settaggio (praticamente fisso, si regola solamente il volume) casualmente molto aderente al mio profilo di necessità acustica. Dx al volume max e SN leggermente più basso (circa 3* di rotazione della rotellina del volume). Ecco che riesco ad udire, e con altissima qualità, realtà e spazialità, dei suoni non più udibili da anni, tipo ad es. la TV. Come dicevo sia il setting di default che la conformazione anatomica sono, casualmente, molto aderenti al mio caso e probabilmente non necessariamente adatti per chiunque. Ultima nota riguardo il consumo delle batterie che normalmente nei miei apparecchi durano 4/5 GG mentre in questi siamo al settimo giorno ed ancora operative.

I will have to see a hearing expert as this didn't work only heard a mumble nothing was clear or improved to what i was already hearing.

Bonjour, je suis surpris par la facilité d'utilisation et du réglage. J' ai dû juste traduire le mode d'emploi en français. Choisir le bon dôme qui correspond au mieux à l'oreille. Lors de la mise en place de la pile, introduire l'appareil dans l'oreille et après 15sec. Un bip se fait entendre. Commencer par un réglage minimum jusqu'à cela correspond au mieux pour vous. Par facilité,allumer une radio à un volume moyen. Il est vrai qu'au début,on entend bien que c'est un son numérique mais après quelques minutes,on ne fait plus de différence. De plus, l'appareil filtre les sons. Diminue les bruits les plus forts. C'est cet avantage qui me concerne le plus. Car , je ne supportais plus les bruits forts. Comme un chien qui aboie avec des aboiements aigus et forts. Je suis très satisfait. De plus, cela fait une semaine que je les porte au moins 12 H par jour et c'est toujours les mêmes piles.
