Does the job well.
Huge fan of dates.Use them in every form. Savoury, sweet, baking and cooking.Smooth texture.Not too thick.Molases are always on the sweet side so little goes a long way.It does not, however, have the usual dense taste as you would find in the Middle Eastern brands. I would say it's on the lighter side. It's a bit too expensive considering other traditional versions are cheaper and perhaps more appropriate for Mediterranean cuisine.

Better than we could have expected - really lovely
We ordered this as a trial and it has become a family favourite, surprising us all just how nice it is. In yoghurt or on home-made ice cream it imparts a really lovely, not over-sweet and very natural flavour.

Silky deliciousness
I was blown away by the delicious flavour and silky texture of this molasses. Once you’ve gained enough confidence in cooking, the possibilities are limited only by your imagination. I do enjoy a wee drop straight of a spoon. Definitely must have in my larder.

A good product.
It is very thick. Need to be a jar so that a spoon can be used to dispense it. Lots of taste. Liked it a lot in yogurt and porridge.
