First off, this is amazing soy sauce. The depth of flavor with this sauce is unbelievable. If you try it, you'll never buy Kikkoman again.Ther was a small problem with my order, though. The bottle arrived without the screw top, just the "pull the ring" plastic stopper and no way to reseal the bottle after you open it. I had to scramble to come up with a makeshift container, but the flavor was more than worth it,

If you've been using a conventional soy sauce like Kikkoman, prepare your taste buds to be surprised and delighted. Aged soy sauce is to conventional soy sauce like fine champagne is to soda pop! A little goes a long way and the flavor is deep and aromatic.

Tasted at local Chinese reastaunt and adopted for regular home use...made in NY, but excellent product...it’s a personal taste...give it a try

Received the item with no screw on cap, once the seal is broken, it's open to contamination without the cap. I read another review for this item that had the same problem. Yes it's a good product but the no cap situation is frustrating, especially for this price. Be ready to encounter this issue. Bummer! Of course once you open it - it can't be returned.

white additional label added does not meet Non-GMO markings standard. It may well be okay but this is inconsistent with this company’s other fine products. Best Soy Sauce out there. I have ordered another bottle with proper markings. oh and no return policy means this is in the trash.
