An impressive combination of European and Far Eastern knife art. Tim Mälzer had an idea. He wanted to create an extraordinary combination, to combine two knife traditions. Japanese Santoku and classic European chef's knives were combined, thus creating a symbiosis of two handicraft cultures. This fusion resulted in three different blade shapes, which are particularly striking due to their clear shape and fine Damascene grain. This, combined with the blade shapes specially designed by Kai and the distinctive black wooden handle, makes each knife appear unique.
