Is this product washable in a washing machine?

It is not recommended to wash it in a washing machine.

I am 5'4, weight 155lbs, wear size 9 on jeans and size medium for shirt, what size should i get?

I am 5'3, 157lbs, wear a size 5/6, no waist just hips and butt. The one I bought last year was small and still tight/ fits me although I was smaller in size last yr. I have to buy a new one now, and i'm getting a small. To see best results, your shouldn't get it to big.

I would recommend choosing a size according to your waist measurement AND weight based on the chart. I originally ordered a Medium (size 34) and it was too big. My waist also measured a size 34. I'm 5'4" and I weigh 145 Lbs.
