2021 Latex Waist Trainer for Women |3 Hook Body Shaper|High Compression Colombian Waist Cincher |Daily & Sports Use

Ok Ladies, I'm 5'3", 163 lbs. My hips measure about 39" and my waist, above my belly button, is around 36". The bra I'm wearing in the photo is a 36DD. The waist trainer is a 36 Large. You can see I'm on the last hook, so I have 2 more to shrink into. My waist (above my belly button), reduces to 32" with this on...to give you an idea of the tightness, lol. I'm wearing it over the below link which helps greatly with back muffin top, and hooking the waist trainer. That's when I ordered the Large. I recently injured my L4/L5 (very lower back) and am hoping that this waist trainer will help my posture and provide the back support I need to reduce the discomfort and pain. So far it's working, but I doubt I'll be able to wear this all day. It's so tight, I feel a little bit of pressure in my head, lol (and it's only been about 15 mins since I squeezed it on). I'm sure it will stretch a bit, but I'm not sure how much. I look forward to see if this does help with weight loss, and shrinking the midsection. I'm really using it for the back support though, because other back supports are not this wide so it's awkward to wear when it stops support at my belly button or lower.

Awesome waist trainer, no one has noticed I'm wearing it. What folks around me have noticed is that my figure looks great! I recommend you get 1 size up from what you are accustomed to buying. I'm 5'6" 138 lbs normal length torso, rather broad ribcage and I wear a large. For the first week of wearing I accustomed myself to the first row. By week (2) I was able to fasten it to the third and tightest row. I don't believe I will ever fot a medium due to the size of my ribcage. Now... it IS going to be a little uncomfortable for the first few days. But you'll be surprised how used to it you become. It improves your posture, it lifts up you bust, and it will definitely cinch the waist. If you are shorter in stature, I would strongly recommend that you purchase the short torso variety. Otherwise you may have the "bones" poking you under the boobs all day, or just find it difficult to sit comfortably. If you are serious about cinching in your waist, I would strongly recommend this product. If you aren't very serious, I suggest that you pass a perhaps purchase a more comfortable breathable girdle. This waist trainer does get hot, it forces your posture straight, its tight, and you're not going to feel like its not on. I will say this, its much more effective than any cloth girdle that gives out in about a week and still shows of your tummy. This is boned latex (lined with fabric on the skin side). You will feel like you have it on because it is doing it's job applying resistance to fat bulges, if you didn't feel like you had it on it would be comfortably conforming WITH the fat. One last thing, sometimes while wearing this you will get a little fat flap escaping from under or the back of your upper arms. This merely is escaped fat. With this type of compression the fat needs somewhere to go. I reduce this effect by wearing a good quality "no side boob" bra which is designed to keep this in. Good luck! : )

At first I got size 40/ XXL and I weigh 164/ 5'7". but it felt too lose and i was already in the last row of hools so I returned it and got the 38 XL. I love this trainer!!! You can definitely tell your wearing something but It's pretty unnoticeable under clothing, which is nice. I love that it's the real Ann Chery brand because there are a lot of knock offs out there so you will be getting the real thing! It starts right under your bra and goes all the way to your hips so its pretty long too. I have ordered other trainers before and this one holds me in better than others. It even helps me eat less because Its so tight you don't want to finish your meal! If you order this I guarantee you wont be disappointed (unless you get the wrong size of course, so be careful about that ) I hope this helps! **UPDATE ** ( 2 weeks later ) Thank the heavens everyone was right!!! Before buying this I kept thinking... ok, this is worth a shot I guess, even though I don't want to lose money, at this point I'm gonna go for it. It's amazing the results. All these people kept saying they were losing like 2 or more inches off their waist and I thought yeah right its not that easy. Well YES IT IS!!! I've worn mine for 2 weeks and watched just a little of what I was eating ( I love to eat BTW) and I'm a 30 inch waist down from a 33!!! I look incredible!!! I hope this isn't vain but I'm so shocked from the results that I wish I had a belly shirt to walk around in just so I can show it off, lol! Sorry, it's been a While since I felt good about my waist :) I put my slimming cream on then wrap an ace bandage then put on my waist trainer and wear it as long as I can stand it ( you get used to it trust me ) I'm not even working out and I've lost weight!!! I just wanted to share with every woman (or man) and let you know how miraculous this is! I know that corsets have been around for quite some time but I never got into the trend until now. I'd never heard of waist cinchers until my dietician told me about them. I was telling her how I wanted to improve my posture and was trying different types of exercises to help straighten me up. She told me that a waist cincher could help since we tend to slouch during the day while doing our everyday activity. I ordered this product when I got home and within two days I received it. At first glance, I thought Angelina Jolie in Mr. & Mrs Smith and second there's no way this is going to fit me. Well, after a bit of stretching and maneuvering I was able to get all the hooks in place (2nd row) and boy did I feel sexy. This baby will not let you slouch. I wore this around the house all day without any discomfort at all. Went I sat down to watch a little bit of TV this made you sit up straight. Now I know why those women on Downtown Abby have perfect posture, they must wear a cincher under their garment. I am 5'3 and 142 lbs and got the size 36. I am able to hook into place on the second row very comfortably and as I lose weight I still have another row to get into. Oh I forgot to mention, I've been doing Doug Robertson's series of "The perfect bum" also on Amazon Videos and after months of doing his series I can honestly say my bum is amazing!!!! I now love wearing pencil skirts to show off my bum but still having to wear longer sweaters or shirts to hide the muffin top.....I'm having a hard time getting rid of. I wondered if the cincher could help hide my muffin top so that I could wear these skirts with a top that wouldn't hide the shape of my bum. I put on the cincher, put on the skirt, and put on a t-shirt that I could tuck in and "wowza" the muffin top completely gone!!! The cut and style of the cincher was well thought out. It's a bit longer in the front so it hides and flattens the tummy and the back is cut a bit higher so you can still see the shape of the bum. The waist cincher arrived very quickly and is good quality. I had a hard time deciding what size to order because there is so much mixed info on the web regarding these cinchers. Going by the size chart on the product page on Amazon, I am an XL. I don't consider myself an XL and I was afraid I would get the cincher and it would be loose, so I went with my shirt size which is Large. It is extremely tight, but that's what I wanted. To give you an idea of how the product fits, I am 5'5" and 160 pounds, athletically built but with extra weight around the middle. I am 36C and smallest part of my waist measures about 32-33" depending on the time of the month ;). I have a fairly short waist. I think the XL is what I should have ordered based on the chart and going by my waist size of 32/33", but the L makes a drastic difference, even if it is a struggle to notch those hooks! The only issue I have with wearing the cincher is that it really pinches the flesh around my back, not to the point of hurting me, but to the point of making it bulge out. I don't blame the cincher for this, I blame my back fat and the fact that I ordered one size too small. Maybe the XL wouldn't have caused this. Also, I love the feel of the latex and it looks really sexy. Not like spanx, more like a corset. I have lower back pain and as soon as I put the cincher on, my back felt strong and supported with no pain. I bought this mainly to wear under fancy dresses for a smooth look and I am extremely satisfied! My love handles and muffin top completely disappear underneath the cincher.

I have had two c-sections and bought this trainer after reading multiple reviews on waist training. I bought it with the intention of trying to get my pre-baby body back by slimming down my waist and flattening my belly. Pros: - The material is very high quality - The additional set of hooks allow you to use this trainer longer as you can adjust the size. - The trainer covers more of your mid-section than most other trainers - The trainer is thin and is not easily seen under clothes - After just a week I could notice the difference in my waist Cons: - The trainer sucks in your mid-area but all of that extra fat has to go somewhere and gets pushed up and gives you more back fat above the trainer. - The trainer does improve your posture but it also made me look like I had broader shoulders (my husband pointed this one out). - There are many hooks making it difficult to put on and to take off. Although this is a really nice trainer I would not recommend trainers at all. They are not comfortable and the results go away once you stop using them. Also, while they may make your waist look smaller, the fat just moves to other parts of your body.

Order your true shirt size!! So many people complain about the sizing issues. I originally ordered the Large as I'm 5'2 148lbs and my waist relaxed is 37" around belly button. It fit nicely and very easy to get on. I figured, whats the point of it being a cincher if it's not tight? So I sent it back for a medium. My shirt size is medium and on some brands a large but only because I am busty. The medium size took me about 5 minutes to completely hook. I started from the top and worked my way down. After about 2/3 days, it was easier to get on because I was already shrinking and I knew how to put it on the right way. I am truly in love with this cincher. I get so many complements that I have gotten 2 other people to purchase the same exact one. I lost about 2 inches after a month of continued use for 8+ hours a day. I was able to get it to the second set of hooks. Someone mentioned that they felt like it was only because the actual cincher was just stretching from frequent use. NOT true! I stopped using it for 3 weeks and felt it was just as tight as the day I got it and I had to go back to the first set of hooks. I did get a little irritation on my skin after a while as it does make you sweat a little in that area. This is the reason I stopped wearing it for 3 weeks. My skin was red, bumpy and itching. Now I just wear a camisole under it. I love my Ann Chery 2021 Faja!!!!!

So I was just like many other people hearing and wondering about waist trainers. I took a few weeks to research the best ones, which to get etc etc etc. I finally ended with this one because of the sexiness of it as well at it doing its job. And because it was the most popular on 4 different websites that I found. I just got it in the mail today and I love it! I am 150 lbs at this moment. It might not look it from my pictures but I am. And this thing really made me look flat and sexy. I took it off after 1 hour only because I'm cooking and then laying down and I want to start wearing it fully tomorrow morning. Especially for work because I sit in a chair all day at a desk and my posture is horrible from slouching. This keeps ur posture super straight and that's got to be great for your back! Especially in later years. When I took it off I also noticed the inside was a little damp so it does make you sweat but u don't notice it. It's comfortable. It was colliding with my bra underwire but I put my bra on top of it. You can't really see it under clothes. I definitely recommend this waist trainer even though this is the only one I've had so far. I don't see any issues. As soon as I took it out of the box I was satisfied. Now let's see how good it works after a few months of wearing it! ;-) by the way I ordered a medium because that is my shirt size. I got this on pretty easy it wasn't super hard to clasp the clips. I can't wait for the day I can put it on the tightest hooks! :-)

Viene dos tallas más grande, considéralo antes de realizar tu compra. Primero pedí una mediana (es normalmente mi talla, la que uso en ropa), me llegó la faja y al probármela me quedó demasiado grande en lo alto y ancho, no me aparentaba. Volví a pedir otra en talla XS y ¡ME ENCANTÓ! Mis medidas son 70 cm de cintura, y mido 1.69 de estatura, peso 60 kg. Me quedo justa la faja 👌, es súper cómoda, estilizó mi figura y me ayuda a la postura.

This is great, I love it! It is a little big on me - I was on the 3rd set of hooks by the 2nd day. My fault though, I have a 36" waist and I should have bought the L but I had bought the L in the full vest version of this which runs a little small so I figured I needed the 38 in this one. I didn't but I'm keeping it because it still holds me in perfectly and it's so comfortable that I honestly forget that I'm wearing it half the time. I wear it all day and even to bed and I'm not uncomfortable at all. I'm also sensitive to latex so I worried that I might have a reaction, I wore it once on my skin and it didn't irritate me at all but I now wear it over a small top just because I'm wearing it so much. It's great, I'll be back for the L soon!
