Great ingredients. High protein & no “dessert” corn. That the chick still loved it without it being full of corn was great!

Whole grain chicken starter feed: got this feed for our newborn chicks. Overall smells and looks like real food which is a plus. Downside was that the chicks would select what they wanted to eat and kick around what they didn’t. Led to a lot of wasted food and one of the chicks started trying to eat the others (guessing due to protein deficiency). We have to blend it in a food processor to make sure they eat the protein. Not sure if I’ll try again for the chicks but am considering trying it for my layer hens.

This is a great product and the chickens love it.

The grains are too large for the newborn. I had to pound them. Too much work.

Great product! My baby chickens loved Mile Four Organic Chick Feed Starter Non-GMO, Soy free, Corn free, Non-Medicated Feed. They are very healthy and very happy with their feed. When they turned eight weeks old, I started them on Mile Four Organic Chick Feed Grower feed.

Our one week old chicks love it. The one down side is that they aren't big enough to eat some of the larger pieces like the peas. Would be better if the peas were cracked a bit more. Regardless, the chicks eat it up and are growing well on it as is.

my product came slashed. the bag has a gaping hole. it’s upsetting cause now everything is closed that i can locally pick up chicken feed and i thought this would be alternative. but now idk if it’s stale? filled with bacteria or etc. upsetting

We are new chicken tender with new chicks and we wanted quality feed right from the start. Four Mile definitely seems to fit that bill. Even though it’s whole feed, our 6 day old chicks seem to eat it fine and by how much they eat they must enjoy it.
