Does it work well on old black porcelain sinks?

Smells horrible. Fumes are disgusting. Use olive oil with a soft cloth, as that works better. Save your money.

Will this create a "build up" on acrylic tub that needs to be removed periodically?

Yes, but you must use the product faithfully to keep the build up off of the acrylic tub.

How long can this product be used?

I don’t quite understand what you mean by “how long”, but I’ve used it on my tub and tile for years, and I love it! It’s the best!

I used this on my granite countertop. Any reason that is not listed?

I have used this on my granite counter tops for about 16 years. It works wonders. Cleans and shines. I recommend it to my friends and family.
