Excellent Bit of kit. Had one small issue. See review for full.
I had originally given this product 3 stars rating because I was able to keep using them despite the one of the handle having the stitching fail. The bands themselves, and all other pieces are durable and work great. Defiantly the best set of bands i have owned thus far. Upon writing my original review I was contacted by the company with apologies and compensation for my trouble and replacement items. They also have contacted the manufacturing department and passed on my detailed product fail that I have to them upon initial contact. No other company I have ever bought bands from offered anything even after one set broke while under full load and hit my in the eye. I do believe my issue was with a one time product deficiency. I am changing this review because I feel they truly respect their customers and only want to provide the best product possible.

Beat the lockdown and have a Gym at home
Really impressed with these resistance exercise bands. We can't go to the gym because of lockdown and these have been the perfect solution.Quality seems to be excellent, and it's a comprehensive kit with different resistance weights, and full instructions. It feels the same as using free weights, but a lot easier on my joints.Delivery was also very quick.Highly recommended.

Better than all the rest!
I finally decided to get some bands for home workouts and also when I travel with work. After doing a bit of research and reading many reviews I went for these from Fitfort, why you ask well for a start they are 150lbs not the usual 100lbs, they also looked more premium than others and boy was i right, good quality carabiner hooks, nice handles and also comes with a handy carry pouch.I have used these for a week and they are very durable, loads of different exercises! If you are considering buying resistance bands look no further!!!!!

Great first workout using my FITFORT Resistance Bands Set.
Being in lockdown, I had been using a few different workout techniques and sessions from jump rope/punch bag/running and dumbells. Wanting to get more of a gym feel and change up my weekly workout plan I decided to buy some bands. The FITFORT bands come with five different tensions, ankle straps, door wedge and hand grips which are all very good quality. I use the FITBOD app to help also create workouts and use KG rather than Ib's as the metric for weights so that is one modification I would make is to have both metrics printed on the band so as to easily know which to use. The only one thing that is not the best is the bag...quite a cheap material and I know wont last very long. But the bands and even the leaflets inside to give instructions on exercises are very good.

Brilliant product. They feel like you are lifting a lot of weight.
I have weight trained for over 30 years so have vast experience. They are ideal if you can't get to the gym or have no weights. You can feel a distinct difference in the different weight bands and can connect as many as you want at the same time to give you the minimum or maximum weight. The handles are really comfortable which is important if you don't wear gloves.Overall an excellent product. . Highly recommended.

A great way to improve a home workout without big heavy weights
A must for those who don't like going to a busy gym or just don't have the time. These are alot better than another brand i owned which cost almost the same but fell apart on 2nd day,the best thing is that the strength of the bands is sewn in2 the connecting loop which means you dont need to try and remember the resistance of the bands (a big help). The carabiner feel strong and haven't broken on me, as these attach to band via nylon webbing they are replaceable if needed (other brands I've seen attach directly to the band and look like it be hard to replace if something went wrong)Only complaint I can see (doesn't affect me I have medium hands) is if you have large hands the length of the handle grips are a little on the Small sizeWould I buy them again? Yes, in fact I'm considering buying another set so I don't have to change the bands as much inbetween exercises

Good in principle, but this set has a few flaws and design issues.
First of all this is my first experience with resistance bands. I'm sure like many people I bought them to exercise at home. I would say mainly because of Covid, but I find it difficult in normal times to commit to regular gym visits.Resistance bands work great as a substitute, or addition, to other home gym equipment. It is much harder to assess progress than using weights because you never really know how much force is required for any given exercise. The pound rating seems ridiculously high and probably relates more closely to a breaking strain than a working weight equivalent. For example I would normally use 5kg dumbbells for lateral raises in the gym but the 50lb band seems roughly equivalent. NB: I have used my bands only for upper body work so haven't tried the ankle bands. Here are the issues (some minor) with this set of bands. 1) Handles make a creaking noise when in use as the plastic handle rotates around the strap that runs through it. How much this annoys is of course highly individual and perhaps circumstantial. I would expect that to a degree it will irritate most people. 2) The bands are labeled in lbs so you can tell which is which instead of just trying to remember the corresponding colour. They are however only marked on one side and at one end of the band so in practice there is a bit of faffing anyway until you become familiar with the colour grading. 3) The carabiners are awkward to use. Partly because they are too small but also because it is difficult to get the strap into the smaller loop of the carabiner to free up the clip mechanism. The clip also has a notch recess that catches on the door strap and makes it difficult to attach the bands. Overall I find them unnecessarily awkward to use and this is the biggest issue with this set. Of course they could easily be replaced. 4) The carry bag that they come with is slightly too small meaning that they have to be packed neatly to fit in. 5) Some sort of base to stand on which would have smooth grooves for the bands to pass along would be a great additional accessory. So would a couple of 'eye plates' to attach the bands to a permanent fixing point. So, with different handles, bigger and better carabiners, clear markings and a bigger bag it would be a great product. The addition of being able to bundle together a few 'eye plates' and a base to stand on would make this product stand out. Another accessory that would be great is a type of lightweight barbell with clips for the carabiners to attach.Price is reasonable but the product is not perfect by any means. Having said that I'm not convinced there are many better alternatives.
