Overall a very handy product, but could use some serious tweaks
I ordered this product to use on camping trips and also for general daily use. I keep it in my bag so I can use it for meals at work or on the road.ProsLightweight- all the utensils are a good, useful size, but the set is still very light.Fully detachable spoon and fork- This is probably my favorite feature. Other sets, like Coleman's, have foldout utensils. Those are fine for eating, but they're annoying, messy, and hard to clean when you're trying to cook or stir something. The Fury spoon and fork are simple, durable, and most importantly are a decent size for eating AND cooking.Comes with its own "Tactical Case" holster that can attach to your belt.Foldout knife- The knife is long and locks in place. Very useful for preparing and eating a meal.Very efficient use of space- other sets are awkwardly shaped with the fork and spoon jutting out the sides. This set links them all into a very uniform package. In this regard, the Fury set is the best design I've seen.ConsI'm not sure about the plastic- It arrived with a sizable break in the plastic frame. It's still completely useable, but I worry about what normal wear and tear will do to it. The plastic makes it lightweight, but it definitely hurts its durability. The can opener is useless- I tested it on a can of tuna. Couldn't even make a dent. The blade is sharp enough, but the fulcrum is poorly designed and won't catch on the side of a can (for comparison: the can opener on my cheap Ozark Trail mess kit rips into cans without a problem). The can-opener on the Fury set was one of the biggest selling points to me, so that was a little disappointing.Summary: As someone who does a lot of solo camping, I absolutely love the design, but I think this set needs a few serious improvements. The problem with the broken plastic may have just been a shipping fluke, but it still doesn't bode well for the product, and the can opener won't even dent a can. If they could fix these issues, I would be comfortable taking this set with me on long backpacking trips.

Does exactly what it says in the description.
It's a Knife / Fork / Spoon set (really a mid-range lock-knife with a fork and spoon clipped to it), also with a corkscrew, and dual-purpose bottle opener / can opener. If this is really standard issue European Forces KFS, they've come a long way since the last time I owned a military KFS set (which was a pretty flimsy butter knife, fork, and spoon held together by rivet heads).

Good utensils - terrible case
The utensils are good. They are well made, strong, and fit securely into the holder. The knife is not designed for major work but is sufficient for cutting food items. My problem is the case. I had planned on attaching this to my survival LBE (load bearing equipment) belt, but the case is so poorly made that I cannot trust it to stay together for even one day. The cloth of the case is just that - cloth. It is soft to touch but not strong for wear-and-tear. The stitching is terrible - and I mean - terrible. It is a single stitch that looks almost hand sewn. The velcro closer did not line up: it was sewn crooked. None of the stitched lines are finished off so they arrived frayed and continue to fray even when the case was not being used.I put the utensils into my survival pack instead of on the belt, and I put the case in the trash. I would not recommend this product to anyone and I hope that Amazon will look at the shoddy quality and discontinue to offer it.

Decent Mess Utensils
The knife was surprisingly sharp and large right out of the box. The housing is a nice plastic but more on the cheap side. The knife will not lock into place over time, not sure if it was just my unit. The spoon and fork heads are stubby and not full size, but made of good metal and great as camping utensils. The cork screw and opener is what you'd expect. The sheath is very poorly made.I ended up using this just for the large and sharp knife.

Wow!
Much larger than I anticipated. Extremely sharp right out of the box. Sheath is of poor quality, I'm actually afraid to use it because I may lose the knife.

Awesome little mess gadget
Awesome little mess gadget! About 6 inches long and it comes with a good quality sheath, good sized utensils and super compact, the steak knife is also really sharp and handy.

The knife is pretty big, sharp
The knife is pretty big, sharp, and locks into place, in fact the whole thing is a good size. I'm giving this thing 5 stars because the quality of the thickness of the metal in the fork, spoon and knife is impressing me. They cannot be bent without a lot of force, even the tines of the fork are really strong. The sheath/holder it came with is sturdy as well.
