Getting peaceful sleep again IS possible
I love ZMAs. They are naturally occurring minerals we need with no negative side effects from taking them, and they are safe to take everyday (they are non habit-forming and you don’t build up a tolerance). As someone with anxiety-induced insomnia and PTSD night terrors, they save your sleep. They are more subtle than other sleep supplements, but that’s part of the benefit. Perfect
Great quality sleep after taking 1 pill before bed.. Once i took 2 pills and woke up too early and felt bad during the day. So dosage matters much for me.. 1 pill per day does the job.. My sleep become perfect the quality and longevity.. feel more calm during the day more stress resistant
