Salt-Free Treatment Conditioner, Water Softener and Descaler System

I have been using it for several months. Just put glass doors in walking shower. Dries with little hard water rings but if I squeegee after couple showers rings wipe right off.

Based on testing my water, this device does nothing. I have had it for several years now, and I don't see that it does a single thing. I am disappointed. It is still on the pipes, but I don't believe it does anything that it claims to do.

Only worked for 3 months now the scaling is back.

I am a licensed Plumber. The Genie is designed to remove hard water scale that builds up on your water lines due to not having a proper water softener. It WILL NOT soften your water. It works to remove all of the scale from the inside of your pipes. I install these AFTER installing a Water Softener in customers homes. Get a proper two piece water softener and have a plumber install it. Most of the DIY water softeners that I see are hooked up wrong with drainage water entering the water supply, lol. Get a water softener, then install this genie descaler to remove the gross built up calcium scale that is in your pipes.

I had my doubts. However I could see a huge difference in water spots within the first 8 weeks. My wife and I had some silverware that I thought was ruined forever by hard water spots. After installing the Water Genie all of my silverware and my Glasses are getting cleaner with every wash. Great Value for what it does. If you are having issues, I would check your installation.

No issues with install.

I have had it for over a year and the glass shower doors are spotless, when I rinse glasses at the sink there are no spots on the glass it was very noticeable before the Genie. The water tastes better too. I don't really understand how it works but it does, magic, like a microwave oven.
