My observation of the API in pregnenolone capsules is that has been ball milled but is not micronized. As you may know, ball milling reduces the size of drug particles but not to the micron size. Pregnenolone is a steroid and is not highly soluble. I do not know the pharmacokinetics of dissolution in the gut or the absorption characteristics of API in the capsules though.
