ALOE VERA IS VITAL FOR HEALTH
A great way to get Aloe Vera juice into your diet. Good value, I have bought this product several times. Flavor is aloe like so not sweet, which is oK by me, just don't expect it to taste like fruit juice. It's thin, clear and tart.

Great, but the 2nd Nastiest Thing I've Tasted in Life
I bought this to mix into recipes for my hair & skin. I'm a Brown-American with 4a/4b kinky-curly hair and combination, acne-prone skin. Your hair needs this! It is great in a leave-in, as it balances ph; thus softening & banishing frizz, as well as nourishing with nutrients. A thin layer on the face heals, balances (like a toner), calms, moisturizes, and creates a glow. When used regularly, it banishes my moderate acne. I only recently had to taste it because I developed a sudden severe stomach ache/nausea attack/urge to vomit after taking Naproxen. I did not know if it was either a type of acid reaction or an ulcer, but I had no Pepto or Tums or anything. I drank two fluid ounces of this juice... worked like a charm! I will continue to take it 1-2x daily, incase I do have an ulcer... it will heal the stomach lining. Someone compared the taste to the drink pregnant women take for the glucose screening... not true. I think she got her drinks mixed up. The glucose drink tastes like uber sweet orange Kool-Aid. This tastes like the stuff they give you before surgery or delivery, that takes away your appetite and whatnot. YES. THAT STUFF. THE ABSOLUTE MOST HORRIBLE DRINK IN THE WORLD. This juice is a mild version of that. It has an uber tart/bitter taste that I could not block out, even with my nose closed. Adding about 1.5 oz of orange juice made it palatable for me, but I took away two stars because having to mix it with a vitamin C drink makes it dangerous, due to a preservative already present in this juice. For that reason alone, I will not purchase this brand again. I've been referred to George's, which is tasteless :) and Lily of the Valley, which is nastier :( but preservative-free.

Great for skin..
I have been using Natures Way Aloe Vera for almost 5 months now. Although it has a odd taste, when I mix it with orange juice it doesn't bother me. I have noticed that I have more energy and I don't know if that is what the product intended to do. Also, my skin looks great!

Great haircare product
I purchased this to make a moisturizing spritz for my natural African American hair and I love it so far! It keeps my hair extremely soft and moisturized. It has to be stored in the fridge after opening to be prepared for that.

It's just okay.
I've been drinking aloe juice for a few months. I started by buying a bottle of Lily of the Desert whole leaf aloe juice and it was amazing. I've never experienced such good "results". I ran out of my LOTD and bought the Nature's Way Aloe Vera because it was cheaper than a LOTD 32 oz. It's cheaper for a reason. I would only have to drink 2 oz. of LOTD to acheive 4-5 bms a day. I would have to drink 4-6 oz. of the Nature's Way to get the same effect.Nature's Way does taste a little better than LOTD, but when I say better it's still pretty bad. I'd rather deal with drinking only 2 oz. of grossness instead of 6 oz. of juice thats a little less gross.Just get Lily of the Desert Aloe Vera Juice, 16 Ounces (473 ml) (Pack of 6)

potential poison, contains 0.1 % sodium benzoate
It is "pseudo-organic" and business-greedy to supplement aloe vera juice with 0.1% of cancerogenic compound such as sodium benzoate. That was the only reason why I have canceled my subscription. Do not recommend to others.Reply to Reviewer Rey (see the comments):I strongly disagree. I am Biochemist and Virologist by training. 0.1% is 1 gramm per liter - it is a lot!!! Reviewer Rey, please re-calculate it in molar concentration and adjust to average body mass index. There are no sufficient and/or conclusive data on the harmless of sodium benzoate - it is a cancerogenic substance, as ascorbic acid or Vitamin C is present in a human body. Professor Peter W. Piper of the University of Sheffield claims that sodium benzoate by itself can damage and inactivate vital parts of DNA in a cell's mitochondria. Mitochondria consume oxygen to generate ATP, the body's energy currency. If they are damaged due to disease, the cell malfunctions and may enter apoptosis.WARNING: Many people mix Aloe Vera juice that contains 0.1% sodium benzoate with grape juice which is often supplemented with 100% per serving of daily usage of Vitamin C, and thus chemically creating benzene - strong cancerogenic substance!!! Please pay attention and do not put your health in danger!!!The reason of use of sodium benzoate is only one - Greedy businesses (long shelf life of a "junked" (with sodium benzoate) product). Moreover, it is not expensive to prepare preseravitve free Aloe Vera juce - I have just ordered one for less than $5 for a 32 oz. bottle. That is as simple as the "skies are blue and grass is green".
