My dog loves his cooling mat and seems very happy

Dog uses it, not quite as good an other brands we have had in the past but does the job. I have a hot dog who uses her cool mats all year round so will get a lot of use

The mat is easily wiped if the puppy has an accident and uses it rather than his puppy pad. He appears to enjoy lying on the mat when he gets very warm. It also provides padding for him as he does not get up on furniture and the floors are wood not carpet.

Great product good quality and as described. Feels cool to the touch . Bought for a pussy cat perfect size for lying on stretched out which she did for a few minutes once LOL

This mat is extremely small. I bought an XL thinking it would be of a decent size, really disappointed. If this is an XL what size is a small. The XL is only suitable for a toy/small dog. I have a springer/cross and he’s not a large dog but this mat isn’t big enough for him. The mat feels like good quality but it’s too small and advertising the size as XL is misleading.

Make out it’s a “large” cooling mat and is about the size of a small one!!! I can’t believe I paid £20 I would reconsider your purchase and get one from B&M for £10 and it’s massive and the quality is a lot better! Beyond disappointed

This was brilliant in the hot temperatures - the dogs were a bit wary of it but I covered it with a thin blanket and then they made a beeline or it once they realised it was cool.

Mat arrived very quickly, but its box is damp and showed some signs of black mould. We can't see any sign of mould on the mat inside but are washing it with antibacterial spray and airing it out. Am registering this comment with the photo, just in case.Ironic, because we're replacing the first mat we bought last year because a winter of being folded up and it came out mouldy. Obviously something to watch for with these items.
