Is it the tension from your grade of bands or the amount & placement of bands that makes thr tension?

I tried to make it tighter but there is no way to do it unless you get shorter bands

Is this a soft bounce or hard bounce trampoline?

Dear Customer Our Fit Bounce Pro XL has a medium tension. The medium tension is perfect for holistic bouncing and getting the best lymphatic drainage. Our sports scientists found that the soft setting will cause the ankle to over probate ( turn in ) which isn’t ideal for the feet or knees, and the firm setting is a little too hard.
