Old HDDs for cheap but seller makes good on warrenty
Purchase 4-4tb for my old prolient server. 3 of the drives had low power on count but 8+ years on the run time. No errors detected on crystaldisk so I figure we are good. No load clacking or anything. 4th HDD had a higher power on time but only about 3 years of powered on. It clicked and clacked more then the other HDDs but nothing too noisy or alarming. It had 2 reallocated sectors and 5 pending sectors. I figured on a 1+0 raid I could roll the dice and see how long it lasted. 2 weeks later the 4th hdd stopped working on my hard raid. Swapped it out with another 4tb and contacted the seller through Amazon. They asked for the S/N of the drive. Once provided they instructed me to go through the Amazon return process and they would send a replacement.Got the replacement in less then a week of sending the broken HDD back. New HDD was in great shape.Pro's:Cheap!Packaging was great.Seller is responsive and honors return policy.Con's:Old drives they will fail.

OK for Emergency Use
I had a failing drive in a NAS array and needed to swap in a new drive. I’m going to replace the array pretty soon anyway, so I didn’t need a new drive. I just needed one that would work for a few weeks, but I needed it fast. This one got to me overnight; I hot swapped it and rebuilt the storage volume the next day. FWIW, Crystal Disk Info reported that the drive had 770 power cycles and about 65,000 hours on it. So I wouldn’t expect it to last for years. But it did the job and didn’t cost an arm and a leg, so I’m happy.

Good HDD, no problems
I've been using this for many months now in an external case. I've had no problems with it, it was a great deal.

Defective Drive
I purchased this drive because it was relatively inexpensive and the seller, DBSKY, was highly rated (99%).First, this drive is relatively slow. It is running just over half the speed of an MDD drive (renewed) that I purchase at the same time as this drive (per CrystalDiskMark).CrytalDiskInfo says 0 power on hours. This means that these parameters were reset so there is no way to determine how many actual power on hours this drive had. I then ran DiskGenius and it found 5 Damaged cylinders, 5 Severe and 11 Poor. This was supposed to be a fully functional drive but is obviously defective.

HIGH QUALITY!
Purchased these drives multiple times from various vendors. They last for years and never give me any issues. I will continue to use these drives for years to come.

Legit so far.
Works fine. It is not as loud as some reviewers mentioned. It spins. It is a hard drive. It holds as much as it is listed to hold. All good. Only time will tell if it was worth buying, but so far so good.
