Works great, and has greatly improved cleanliness and hygiene when using the toilet. I wish I would have bought this sooner. Also, the handle started to leak after a year of use, and the company sent a free replacement handle covered under the 3yr warranty. I recommend this product and have also bought as a gift for loved ones.

I’m really impressed with the Arofa Handheld Toilet Bidet Sprayer. The quality feels sturdy and reliable, and the stainless steel material gives it a clean, durable look that matches well in the bathroom. The sprayer has a nice weight to it and does not feel cheap or flimsy. The spray pressure is adjustable, which I really like. It can be used as a gentle spray for personal hygiene or a stronger jet spray for cleaning the toilet, rinsing cloth diapers, or other bathroom cleaning needs. The water flow feels smooth and easy to control. The kit includes the main handheld bidet sprayer, stainless steel hose, T-valve, holder/hook, and installation parts, making it convenient to set up. Overall, this is a great quality bidet sprayer with strong material, useful spray options, and all the essential parts included. For the price it was a great bathroom upgrade.

I grew accustomed to handheld bidets while living abroad and have purchased at least a half-dozen over the past several years. This product was particularly affordable and very, very easy to install. I'm not a handy person, but I had my bidet installed within five minutes, without using any tools (though I would recommend an adjustable wrench to tighten the hose connection). I'd also like to take a second to share a valuable lesson that I've learned over the years: with these types of bidets, you MUST NOT ignore the warning that says to close the T-valve when the bidet is not in use. It's very easy to get into the habit of always leaving your T-valve open, but doing this repeatedly and over a prolonged period of time WILL damage your water pump and, potentially, other parts of your toilet. Replacing a water pump is something you can do by yourself for relatively little money, but it's a minor hassle you can avoid entirely by reading the instructions and following them. ;) To be clear, I'm not adding in that point to shame others who've written negative reviews--I've made the mistake myself several times! Just be conscientious, and this is a great product at a great price. For $25, I have no complaints, but I will update this review if I encounter any unexpected problems.

This handheld bidet was recommended by a doctor for someone in our household to use after surgery. Extremely easy install. Took about 5 minutes since everything you need comes in the box. We opted to mount it over the toilet tank. It stays on well with that option and it's hardly noticable. If someone does notice it the brushed nickle color blends in well with the rest of the toilet so it doesn't look like an eyesore. The included parts/pieces are all quality parts. No complaints there. It takes a bit of trial and error to clean yourself without getting water all over the place. But once you figure it out there's no mess to clean up. Everyone in the household has found this bidet to be useful and a great addition to the bathroom. The pressure of the water is controlled by how hard you press on the bidet lever. My only complaint is you MUST remember to turn off the valve to the bidet after each use. If you don't water will leak. It took us a couple messes to clean up before we ingrained it into our heads to always remember to turn the valve off. Hence the 4 stars. Not only do you feel clean after each use, it will save on cost of toilet paper in the long run.

I bought this to use for potty training and to clean up messy underwear. 10/10 and would highly recommend. It was easy to install and I like that you can turn the water to it off and on so the kids can’t get ahold of it and shoot water across the bathroom! Love that it hangs on the side of the tank so it’s not in the way. Good material and easy to use.

4/20/26 Freshly installed. Great finish and quality. Already cleaner than the toilet seat mounted bidets because those catch what you're letting out... the entire time you use the toilet. This hose/nozzle only enters the toilet when you're done and washing/cleaning yourself. Excellent value for money. The hose is adequate length and suitable for various heights. Height will vary by toilet water supply placement and where you decide to mount it. I am keeping my old adapter on as has worked well for a long time and I don't want to keep reaching under or behind the toilet to turn the valve on and off as suggested by this manufacturer. That adds work to my bathroom time which is not what I want, but I do understand the necessity for maintenance. I just wish the set was better built to allow you to keep it open without this recommendation and only regular cleaning needed. My only other issues were that the entire set did not come with tools for installation like some do. You WILL need an adjustable wrench or jaw pliers of some kind to make sure that you can tighten everything a bit more. When screwing on the nozzle to the hose, I recommend you have dry gloves for a good grip to get a good tightening. Please be mindful of the hose twisting as you tighten it on. This can cause it twist and loop if you do no hold it on place or offset so that it straightens as you do your final tightening. If done correctly, your hose will hang straight and the nozzle will face forward (or wherever you would like it to). If you don't want to hang the hose on the tank, and you don't want to or are not able to wall mount due to property management restrictions like me, you can bend the hose hanger out to straighten it a bit, and slide it into your sink/under the top of the sink, and bend it back to hang on the side/under the sink as I've shown like I did. If I have any issues or leaks, I plan to update this review.

I recently moved into a new apartment, and this quickly became a must-buy for me. This format feels much more hygienic than the in-bowl units I used to use, which is a huge plus. No more having to negotiate scrubbing the toilet bowl with a bidet blocking a portion of the bowl, and worse yet having to clean the bidet itself -- yuck!! This arrangement is much more sophisticated, whether you hang it off the top of the bowl or mount it to the wall. The spray nozzle is comfortable to hold and the spray gets the job done. It maybe could use a little more resistance to keep from spraying at full strength so easily, but the power of the nozzle is not an issue in its own right. Also, it is accessible to folks by being so easy to press, which is important whenever I have visitors as some of my friends have issues in that regard. 10/10, fully capable and would definitely recommend it.

Looked at several different handheld bidet sprayer options and chose the Arofa brand. The products fit and finish are quality work. Well designed and easy to use. Recently saw water drops on the bathroom toilet floor and found that it came from the bidet sprayer handle. Contracted Arofa with an immediate response from Vivian. Vivian is a rock star! She took me through a diagnostic test and my sprayer did not pass the test. Vivian determined that it needed to be replaced while under warranty. A replacement unit was sent. Vivian contacted me through every phase of the process until I was completely satisfied!

Compre la misma marca en Estados Unidos y me pareció mejor calidad que la comprada en Amazon Mexico, la manguera se me hizo de baja calidad, solo utilice la pistola , tira un poco, tendré que ponerle la llave que trae para poder cerrarla y no tire nada de agua y abrir la llave al utilizarla !!!
