Unfortunatelly the hight controll handle broke very fast so I can not change the hight.The upholstery of the armrests is crumbling after couple of months. But it is still comfortbale and I'm useing it over a year now so 4 stars is max I can give.

Not easy to put together, takes a good hour , the mechanism are cheap and didnt work, after wd40, it works . But its not smooth. Its just all not quite right.

Bought this chair in Jun 2020 to replace a chair that lasted almost 20 year of daily use this chair hasn’t even been used for a year and as you can see from the picture it’s falling apart already something has broken in the back of the chair and it starting to stick out one arm rest falling apart and the out skin come off I report to the sell and all the could say is it’s out off warranty and take it to someone local to repair not worth it don’t bought if your looking for a Chair to last
