Gets the job done
When my last milk frother - a plastic, under $10 number - died, I decided to upgrade to one made of stainless steel in the hopes that it would last longer and be more sturdy. As soon as I got it out of the package to put in batteries, the button at the top fell into the body of the frother and got stuck. I had to disassemble the frother (which the instructions explicitly tell you not to do) to get it out. Luckily, it worked fine when I put it all back together. It does great with milk and half and half, achieving a lovely, foamy texture within seconds. It doesn't do well with anything thicker, though (I don't believe it's meant to), so don't try to use it on coconut cream. It's an adequate product. My big problem is that the clicker button doesn't work the first time it's clicked about the half the time and it feels cheaply made. Other than that, it does what I need it to do.

Solid
The frother is very solidly built. The motor is housed in a stainless steel tube, and has a nice heft to it, suggesting that it would not be easy to break. The instructions do warn about not bending the shaft, which is a slender wire. I installed the included wall bracket to lessen the chance that the shaft would be bent if the frother were stored in a drawer.

Worked well while it lasted
This lasted me for 6 months. I started having problems the last month with it. I use it 5 times a week for my morning coffee. This is the first I have bought so I can't compare it to another, but I loved it while it worked. Don't think I would buy this brand again.

It's not a big deal i suppose(just stick it back) but I still find it a little bit annoying.
It does its job giving froths, but the front stick falls off multiple times after several uses. It's not a big deal i suppose(just stick it back) but I still find it a little bit annoying.

Really, REALLY good unit
This frother is AMAZING. I bought a frother in Germany 3 years ago and it just stopped working one day recently. I bought this to compare and sample a different product/company. It makes even better froth than any other frother I've tried before. I haven't seen better foam from anything else, not even a steam nozzle on coffee machines.Advice: Please keep in mind, milk also affects what kind of foam you get. I use organic, full fat, Horizon Farms milk. I get foam that can go up to 2 inches thick but I'm obsessed with angles and temperatures... so for everyday, average use, this will most likely get decent results but it takes experimentation to get what you want.Actual Use: This little machine is powered by 2 AAA batteries that aren't included. I usually cannibalize some from my DVD remote when I'm ready to use this. It's really strong, well built, and easy to clean. The cleaning part should be done after every use. I just run it under really hot water and turn it on for a few seconds. This works wonders for me. Don't get the whole thing wet! Just the part that touched the milk.

I received this frother and loved it, but sadly it only lasted about a month and a half, it just died one day. I tried replacing batteries, but it didnt help. To be honest it had died before I had ever had to change the batteries. I will not order another one, I loved having a frother for my morning coffee, but don't have the funds to replace them monthly. :(

I love it. The only problem is I don't know if I did something wrong but the frother part always falls out of the hole and I don't what to do.

Get frothin' without bulky appliances
At first, I was going to purchase a full size, electric frother but decided against it in an effort to keep my kitchen clutter free and save room. This wand was the perfect solution as it can fit right in a utensil drawer. It's also easy to clean and has a long battery life.
