An excellent rub with paprika, thyme, brown sugar. I use it often on grilled salmon. But it is delicious on rotisserie chicken and baked or grilled chicken part. Not over powering not spicy hot (If you want more heat add a little cayenne with it). I buy the 1lbs tub and use it up in 2 to 3 months. I have several friends who have tasted it here and now order it regularly. Highly recommend. Try it on cedar planked salmon. Yummm

A wonderfully tasty rub for salmon, but good on some other fish and meats. Just put a little bit on your tongue and imagine it’s sweet would make more delicious. 😊

Love love love it. Always use on salmon. Even my husband will eat salmon with this seasoning. I tried it on pork and chicken too. Really good.
